this is most awful experience i?ve had at a mcdonald?s that it?s literally made me write my first review? so i order through the... mobile app about 15 minutes before i show up. once i show up to pick up, both doors are locked TWO whole hours before closingthe dining area. i go through the drive thru and they don?t. accept me (which is actually understandable seeing as i was on askateboard). my last resort was curbside pickup, i figured it?s not that big a deal they?ll just bring it out. they never did.they claimed they give it to me on the app and just never did.. This is hands down the most friendly McDonald's experience I have ever had. The employees were so polite and nice! The inside... was spotless. It's a welcome change from other McDonald's locations, feeling like you're in an inner city back alley, hopingnot to get attacked by a rabid mental patient. 5 stars here. Read more
Some McDonald's have crispy, juicy, tender chicken nuggets, but this place had extra dry stale nuggets. I regretted getting a 20... piece. So disappointed that I have to make a negative review. Read more
Got food with my friend last week and had a great time. Got a 10 piece and 1 sandwich and fries. I ordered a sandwich too but... they forgot to pack it. but like its only a dollar so who cares. The woman working the drive through around 2pm did not listen to my order. Three of my items were made incorrectly. Their board... was also out and when I told her she didn?t seem to care. The gentleman at the second window was great though, when I told himabout the board being out he asked questions like he cares about the guest experience. Read more
Food is consistent as with other McDonald?s but I found this restaurant to be very clean, high tech kiosks, and very good and... attentive services. The lady comes to help with kiosk if needed and also waits on you at the table to check how the food was.Was a bit surprised for being in a fast food establishment but it was a nice touch. Read more
Just waited 30mins to get my drive-thru order (around 10PM): two 6pc. nuggets, one small french fry, and one double... cheeseburger. Everything but one order of nuggets came out barely warm after 20mins. Waited another 10mins to get one order ofnuggets replaced with some slightly warmer nuggets. People were very nice though. Having to wait over 20mins for fast food, hey- it happens, maybe the kitchen was backed up. Having the food come out barely warm after waiting for that long? Unacceptable. Read more
