Manager of this establishment is rude. Staff was told to rush me off the drive thru. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and the... manager yelled it's in the bag and to move the line. When I arrived home to my surprise the nuggets were not in the bag and Nosauce. When I drove back and went in to express what happened the same rude Manager looked at me and rolled her eyes no apology.I witnessed her talking down to her staff as well which is unacceptable. This Manager needs training on both customer serviceand how to treat her employees or maybe the position of leadership is not meant for her. Read more
Not alot of options shoukd get vegetarian options since many people are vegetarians I ate fries which were great bit a nice... veggies burger would have been great Read more

Route 1 South location, I was informed by both the associate & his blue shirted that they don?t make any decaf coffee afterbreakfast as all it does is ?go to waste? & they weren?t about to make a new pot just for me. Offered a regular large coffeeinstead, I drove off loosing the opportunity to use my ?deal? for the next 3+ hours You mean that this particular locationcan?t afford a loss leader like decaf coffee? Forced us to drive around twice because one of us was a mobile order when everyone else ordered at the drive through. Poor... workers said it?s the stupid owners rules. Forced us to drive around twice because one of us was a mobile order when everyone else ordered at the drive through. No one... was behind us but after waiting for them to finish making the batch of food, there was a line. On top of that they completelymessed up my order. I ordered a large fry and a quarter bacon. This location is terrible between the hours of 10pm and closing....consistently forget to put items in the bag. Its as if they... stop caring as they get closer to closing. This shift of workers all deserve to be fired in my opinion. Read more
