Took 40 minutes for them to make 6 people order on a Sunday night at 6PM. Many people walked out the door after wondering the... big wait. I ended up getting a refund but unless this restaurant has all new staff.... Fast food should be FAST otherwise Iwould have went to a regular restaurant. Read more
Pulled off interstate for a quick bite to eat... Congrats this location has earned a fat "0" from me. Horrible customer... service, foul language being used amongst each other. Employees need hair nets when working with food. I nicely asked employeeto disregard the chipotle sauce on pizza, her response " we don't have any sauce and it's made already anyways". My response:None....I refuse to match low class energy. To owner: I chose to take the high road and not match rudeness with the educated.Please train your staff, let them know customers are the reason you have a pay check. I would never ever have employees in myplace of business with this type of attitude. BTW the reviews are the truth, my mistake for not checking them first. I know it?s been said but I felt the need to repeat it. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through line for a coffee. I... couldn?t go inside because I had a sleeping kid in the car and am not comfortable leaving her in the car even for a minute.Other places have spaces for people with large orders to pull into. I understand the whole country is short staffed but surelythis could be more efficient? Read more
I love Panera but this location needs to improve the drive-thru waiting process. If a certain order is going to take more time... and hold up the line and then they should reroute those cars to a designated waiting area until their orders are ready. Holdingup all the cars in the drive-through is ridiculous. Read more
Update 2/22: not sure what's happened here (staff burnout? ), but the quality has dropped significantly. I attached photos of... my latest meal I ordered. I have to note visually check all my to go orders. Got a tuna sandwich, only thing there was notuna -_-, they smeared a bit on top of the bread, but it's void in the sandwich. 4 ppl behind the counter, and not one personcaught anything. I like to give bento m benefit of the doubt, ordered again that evening, simple pizza, this had a total of4 tomatoes in it. Like the other reviewers, I tried to call and can't get hold of anyone. 12/21: I have to start takingphotos of my food . Everything I have ordered always tastes and looks incredibly fresh. One of my favorite go to's, wish Istarted going their earlier. Customer service is fantastic, and they are severely understaffed, and still handle everyone witha smile. COVID restrictions in place and no dine-in option. Ordered the food using the app after lot of struggle to reset the password. ... Food was ready in less than 10min (including Pizzas) which was a surprise. Good tasting and well packaged food was severed withno contact. Noticed the quantities are reduced and well noticable that the soup provided in the container doesn't fill yourbread bowl, rather say it just fills half. All in all, good experience, tasty food and quantities can increase or should specifyeffectively so we could order better. Read more
for me its a five star !! the one star i took out is due to the fact that they have stopped my fav CORN CHOWDER SOUP.. we had... the French Onion and Ten Veg soup. Each soup comes with side option of chips or french baguette which is a nice combination. chips serve the crunch and the bread makes it wholesome meal. their other bakery products like their breads are great for takehome.. sweets like cookie, brownie etc r good quality.. i found a new thing THE PANERA COFFEE which looked decent but couldnttry it.. the kitchen staff serving food at counter is very friendly and in great mood always !!
