This is by far the worst delivery service I ever had in my entire life. They promised 45 minutes top and I waited for more than... 2 hours and not only was delayed for way more the time they said but also the pizza was cold. do yourself a favor and don't evenconsider ordering with this location (Edison, Nj) Read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered a gluten free pie, when I arrived for pick up, I was not greeted and when I was... asked my order the worker walked over with a box full of cheese on the side and bottom. I opened my box and saw the cheese wasall over the cardboard and pizza was not aligned. I asked for a new pie and was told ?it?s fine the way it is, it?s justcheese?. I?ve ordered pizza from this location AT LEAST 20 times in the last month and few weeks. Things were good for the most part but... of late, just issues after issues. The last three orders I placed, the delivery drivers didn?t put the Quality Sticker (whichmakes it so boxes cannot be opened during transit) and after last weeks order, I even called in to complain about it and wasreassured it won?t happen again. Ordered last night and no quality sticker. I almost always order the exact same thing (pizzawith two 8 piece wing combo) and regularly add the four 2 liters for $8 coupon as well. The only issue there is that the appdoesn?t allow you to pick Brisk Iced Tea so I always have to call it in for them to change it, which they always do withoutissue. Well last night I called in and they placed me on hold for nearly 25 minutes and eventually I received a notificationthat the driver was on the way, so I hung up. I don?t drink soda (which is what I temporarily place the order with until I makethe change) so I got stuck with four 2 liters of soda. Apparently they didn?t have a driver on site last night and the Doordashdriver mentioned that there was only one employee there working by themself at close. I put another order in today without thesodas but called in immediately after to ask for them to replace the sodas out since it?s not my fault that they?re understaffed(management should have done a better job with the schedule) and the guy I spoke with (an Indian accent) was extremely rude,repeatedly speaking over me and not even acknowledging my complaint about the ?quality sticker?. I kept telling him to stopspeaking over me and since he wouldn?t oblige, I asked for the site manager. He claimed he was the manager so I asked him forhis name and he refused to give it to me. Horrible experience and worst service. First of all the guy at counter gave me USED and DIRTY PLATES. Once I reach home I was... horrified seeing all food all over the used plates(see the photos). I placed order forEpic Stuffed Special pizza and gotexperienced worst pizza in my life. I didn't receive my pizza as per my order. This pizza no way epic nor special. Went to pick up pizza and having handed the boxes, i just began to say ?Can I please...?. Immediate response from owner : ?no no... no, dont ask me anything. I am very busy?. No greeting, nothing. I decided not to waste my energy or time on such an uncourteousguy and just walked out. Worst customer service! I am so happy digital world is taking over the stores. I would rather dealwith bots.
