Nice restaurant to take your kids to or do birthday dinners. The portions of the food are good. The taste is not amazing but... also not bad. I like that the food is not heavily seasoned. The servers are friendly. Great atmosphere, the fake animals movesand make sounds, so that definitely keep your little ones entertained. A month ago I went and it was my daughter's birthday and the food was very delicious. Today is my husband's birthday and we... didn't think of anywhere else. ???? , BUT unfortunately disappointing. It is flavorless. I told the waitress about the poorquality of the food, she was supposed to change dishes but she made a joke and left. Due to misbehavior and bad food we did notorder cake for the celebration. We went to another place and will never go back to this restaurant. Read more
Such a great place to eat. The drinks were delicious. The food was great. Lots of different meals to choose from. The kids were... happy with their food. And of course the atmosphere is fantastic. Love the thunder storm and the shooting stars above. Reallycool. Facilities were clean. Our waitress was excellent. Couldn't ask for more. Read more
Great experience for the kids . Fun environment. A little pricey not too bad. But kids had a great time and thier brownie... volcano ???? dessert is awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will be going there if for the atmospherealone. Read more
It was my first time coming here and I had a blast and my kids . I seen so many negative reviews and don’t understand why .... Prices are expensive but nothing crazy . Four people came out to $111 not bad at all ! Food was good , only thing was food tooka little long but they kept updating on the status . Everyone was so friendly!they checked on my table multiple times ! Greatservice! I Seen them cleaning tables right away after customers left ! Which I like ! They had a thunderstorm sound whileeating which was cute ! Lights would flicker on and off and you would hear the thunderstorm! I got to eat “ under stars “lol super cute ! I’d come back for sure ! It's interesting to say the least. Definitely an experience you should try once. There are moving animals (electronic) and... thunder/lighting and simulated rain fall. Unfortunately the animals look out dated and most look cheaply done. The talking treeoutside looks like it's seen better days. The staff were dismissive and the food took almost an hour to arrive. The staff didn'tcome check on us throughout our meal and we waiting forever to even order. The food is expensive which was to be expected but itdidn't taste well made. The food definitely is not worth the price but I guess you're paying for the intended experience. Overall 3/5 stars. The staff could use some training on customer service and should bus the tables more often and the food could bebetter along with the animals/decor could be updated as well. Read more
Daniella was our server tonight. We were seated immediately by the manager. There were 11 other tables there besides us.... Service, food and drink wait were what I'd expect for that. Food came out cooked perfectly; steak temp was correct. Fried foodwas crispy and order was accurate. Daniella was so nice and accommodating and even though it was after closing, she stillbrought my daughter a cupcake for her birthday and collected staff to sing. My daughter said this was the "best day ever" and alarge part of that was due to Daniella's personality and professionalism. We will return because of her. Very good experience.Kudos to the manager as well for seating us so quickly and asking if all our food came out all right. Thank you!! Read more
The environment is so fun and the animals move and “come alive” during the pretend rain storm. We love coming here for the... fun. Our most recent visit, we were greeted by the manager (Sanjay) and he came back several times during our dinner to removefinished items and ask for what we needed. He was EXCELLENT at customer service and being a manager. We told him he really setan example of what it teams to be a great leader to his employees. However, the last few times we’ve come here the foodquality isn’t as high quality as one might expect. We’ve had 4-6 people with us the last couple of times and only 1-2 peopleliked their food. The best food we ordered was the Amazing Appetizer. Particularly the chicken fingers and mozzarella stickswere the best. I would highly recommend the chicken fingers and the honey mustard it comes with! A few weeks ago, I ordered theBeef Nachos and they were the worst nachos I’ve ever had. The chips and cheese were dried out and the beef didn’t taste likeit had any flavor. It was about 85-90% chips and 10% toppings. I didn’t eat 70% of the dish. I would rate it 2 out of 10stars. I would never order it again. My husband ordered Fish and Chips and rated it a 6.5 out of 10. My daughters ordered thepasta w red sauce and didn’t like it. Most recently, my husband and daughter ordered the hamburger and fries and both of themrated it 5-6 out of 10. My mom ordered the Cobb salad w ranch and loved it. I ordered the chicken quesadilla this time. Thechicken was bland and didn’t taste fresh. However, I would order it without the chicken next time. Read more
