Love the menu, easy to order from the pull up menu/order. Food was super good. My first time here and it all went so smooth. No... issues. Menu is okay, prices are better, actual food is really good. This used to be my grandmother's favorite fast food place and my grandfather and I would always surprise her with it. However,... our last experience will indeed be our last experience. No one answered us as we pressed the red button, we ordered in the appinstead and our food was brought out to us ice cold. I called customer service and they were of no help. Never eating hereagain! Everything was hot and fresh. Service was pretty quick, even with a decent size line waiting in the drive-thru. Employees were... super friendly and I would absolutely go there to eat again. Keep up the good work! Read more
I am a loyal sonic fan which is why it's very disappointing when you face multiple issues on different occasions at same... location. First time, no shakes were available?! I mean I get being some flavors not being available but all of them? Secondtime, we did online order, it said order is ready and someone is getting it out, we waited 15 minutes still no one came. We hadto get out of car and ask at the window to get our order. Whole thing took upwards of 20 minutes after online order and payment.We could see only one poor carhop doing all orders. Don?t 48.00 and this was one of the burgers which was ice cold and absolutely disgusting. Sonic should be ashamed of themselves?... I?m not done I want a refund and the manager said they don?t refund. Go somewhere else for a real burger ???????? Read more
Went to this location twice in the past 2 weeks and did not get anything. Here is why? Both times I went to the drive through... looking to order a sonic blast and I was told they are ?not doing ice cream right now.? I am unsure as to why they were notmaking ice cream since this was well before closing at around 9:30 pm both times. I could understand if the machine simply wasnot working or if you were out of ingredients. But don?t tell me you just aren?t making ice cream right now?. Read more
I waited 15 minutes for them to open at 9:30 because I don't get sonic very often. I ordered two foot-long chili cheese Coney... and it comes up that they are not available at this location at this time. Very disappointing. So I guess I'm gonna have tosuffer through their a super when I'm a burrito. It won't be the same as the chili cheese coneys but hopefully it'sfilling. It?d be really great if they came back out with the banana cream pie shake. The bathroom door on one side does not lockbut conveniently enough there?s a big rock you can put behind it to try to slow somebody down from just barging in. I pulled into one of the drive-in stalls and pushed the red button to order. The text on the screen said it was activated and... they?d be with me shortly. After over 10 minutes waiting and hearing nothing, and even pushing the button again to see if thatwould help, I gave up and went to the drive-thru. Note: it was not a busy time and there were hardly any other cars there, so itwant because they were swamped. The drive thru folks didn?t seem particularly concerned or apologetic when I explained to themhow long I?d been waiting and how no one responded to the button. Then, I get home with my food and find that after all thateffort, they hadn?t even gotten my order correct and I had to pick bits of onion off my burger, as I have a intolerance toonions. I love Sonic and have been to them all over the country. This was by far the worst experience I had. Any other issueshave always been handled with great customer service response. The employees there tonight didn?t give an explanation for notanswering the red button call, and they didn?t really seem to care that I?d had a bad experience. I doubt I?ll return to thislocation.
