AMAZING. if you're into great tasting, fresh, unique food, with a variety of options and exceptional service, this place should... definitely be your next stop. It's just opened, but I don't see it leaving anytime soon. The menu is seasonal, which would keepme coming back to try new options. I was also told that they do a special menu for brunch. The main menu is still in the fallseason and you should get in here before it switches because it was banging. I'll leave some pics below. Definitely my newfavorite spot. Read more
It was a pleasant surprise after we needed to stop somewhere for dinner, and I thought I'd stop at the next place (after passing... 2 restaurants in US-1), and it is a bit expensive, but well worth it. Everything is great off the menu. The pizza and the UmamiBurger were amazing. The drinks were great too, had the O.G. and it was beyond words. I was amazed by the food but our servermade it great. Jada was our server and she was probably the nicest server I've ever had. The family loved it. It was wonderfulto stop at the True Food Kitchen. It should deserve 5 stars. Read more
Today was my first time here & wow. I must say this place taste & feels like a chef kitchen… the food taste so fresh!... Absolutely delish! The hummus is fresh the toppings are tasty! I had bowl ! This place was really amazing! I love the concept behind the restaurant and the food was delicious. My bf and I shared the... edamame truffle dumplings, the tuna tostada and the grass-fed burger, which they even split in half for us and gave us on ourown plates since we were sharing everything. Truly an amazing place and the hospitality from the chefs and the staff was some ofthe best I’ve had! Can’t wait to come back soon. Read more

This place is going to be a great addition to the restaurant scene in Edison's Route 1 area. It joins the other fast casual... chains, but don't like the others who defrost, microwave and deep fry their food, at True kitchen everything is made fresh andin the traditional fashion. This newcomer to the expanding universe of True Food Kitchen feels immediately steady in it’s clean, bright & airy space. The... seasonal menu has a playful range of familiar favorites, from Asian to Italian, with serious culinary underpinnings. TheEdamame-Truffle Dumplings floating in a subtle, earthy dashi broth with fresh herbs were exceptional. The Prince Edward IslandMussels were bold and beautifully presented with roasted fennel, chicken sausage and grilled bread. The Seared Wild-Caught Tunawith roasted mushroom was special, a cool & gentle avocado crema followed by the more pointed sweetness of the tuna, fast on theheels the bright heat of jalapeno slivers. Bright fruit-forward flavors across all of the cocktails and refreshers, the SkinnyMargarita and Hibiscus Limeade are highlights. Service is thoughtful, speedy and surprisingly crisp. Disappointed. We had the mussels appetizer, it had a foul odor, but the bread and sauce was very good. Then we ordered steak,... ordered medium and got it well done. Also ordered a drink and it was 80% ice, even hard to drink due to so much ice. The staffwas accommodating. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud. May give them another try in the future for their spring menu, as ofright now wishing we had gone somewhere else for diner. Read more
