I was a little Leary to call, because the last time we got pizza there about 60 days ago was not very good, in fact not very... good at all, but we gave it a shot ! Jenos frozen pizza for $2.29 at crest is better, our pizza was the driest non tastingterrible pizza, no sauce very little cheese it tasted like a old pizza that had been setting around the house all day, but greatpeople up front but the kitchen help needs to go away,! We threw over half of the large ( specialty?) in the trash went tosonic! Read more
I have been coming here for several years. The current management they have is terrible. The place has gone down hill. I went to... pickup my pizza and the girl said she called on her cell phone to tell me they didn?t have chicken. I never received a call. Sowhen I arrived she said they couldn?t make it. I said well I was charged, can you refund or comp me for something else. She saidno. She said they were too busy to deal with it that they were out of multiple items, and there wasn?t a way to change itonline. I told her it sounds like they need to figure out how to let people know ahead of time before they place there order abspay ahead of time if things are out of stock?. And she hung up. Literally, go to ANY other All American than this one. The staff our BEYOND RUDE. I picked up a pizza and had a HORRIBLE... experience. I reached out to the company directly to try to fix it. I was basically told I was a liar by the manager. I wasexhausted and hungry last night and just wanted something fast. I 10000% was not going to walk into that establishment everagain so I ordered it via Postmates. When my driver arrived they proceeded to tell me how RUDE the staff was and they treatedher like she was a thief while waiting for the order. They were taking pictures of everything drinks etc in the lobby to thepoint she felt uncomfortable. She thought they racially profiled her. I'm sure the response will be they were doing"inventory" but it was not long before close and they could have waited for all patrons to be gone. The pizza was excellent. The customer service was amazing. They were very busy and still got our pizzas out before the time they... quoted. Both ladies were so nice! I will be ordering from here every time our company has needs pizza. Great job! Read more

This was our first and last visit. We ordered a large all meat pizza. They sure did skimp on the meat. Not to mention the sauce... and cheese. This pizza is horrible. Very disappointed. When I ordered it they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We got therein 15 and it wasn?t even hot. Not sure how this chain has so many locations. Save your money and go somewhere else for a betterquality pizza. Read more
You know that pizza on Ninja Turtles that just droops because of the cheese? Well you can get that here. XL cheese pizza with... extra cheese. And it's cheaper than LC's pizza. And tastes wayyy better. I got pizza for my family of 6 for less than $20. Can'tbeat All American Pizza. Read more
