Not good. Got cupcakes for my manager's last day at work. Cupcakes were dry and didn't have the one I wanted in regular size.... Not complaining about size. But will complain about the service received. Yes, I know the girl who took my order. It did notseem that she put personal striff's to the side. Very cute shop and friendly service but the cupcakes were dry and frosting was lacking in flavor and consistency. Cookies also... missed the mark, perhaps they were day olds, not sure, left with $29 worth of dissatisfaction. Read more

The best I've ever had! I've tried several "cupcake" stores, Bittersweet has them beat! Fresher tasting, tender & moist every... time. Gotta try the Cream Brulee & Turtle. They also make great specialty cakes to pick up or order. Good selections, pricesare like most but the quality is by far better than others. You won't be disappointed. And they give rewards too! All of their cupcakes were delicious and I'd highly recommend them for anyone. The creme brulee cupcake in particular was... incredibly light and fluffy, and the icing with the little bit of bruleed sugar on top was perfect. Normally I tend to enjoychocolate more, and their chocolate was good, but definitely try the creme brulee one if you go. Read more
