If possible I?d give this place a 0 star. From the moment we entered at 2pm on a Tuesday the server was rude. Her behavior... said,?get your food and get out.? I asked her to bring down the rudeness and she just kept at acting over smart and pretentious.She was rushing the order and rushing me as I was trying to order for my dad. No one needs to endure this kind of demeanor whenthey enter a restaurant. If she cant take serving people, then pick a different gig. I have been served by servers who werehaving a bad day. I did my best as a customer to make it better for them but this girl was beyond rude - she was belligerent. Wegot up and left. 10/10 garbage. Never going back. Read more
Since when has this become acceptable for to-go orders. I just don't understand how can you check this off and say it's good to... go. Usually when we dine in no problem but 2nd time I had a to go order that the portion was like this only difference is Ididn't go with my husband to pick up the food this time. Just like I told my wife, don't let only having 4 stars sway you from eating at this location, as opposed to somewhere with... maybe a higher rating. The margaritas were delicious, and the steaks my wife and I ordered were the best steaks we've ever hadat any Chili's locations. You could definitely compare them to an actual steakhouse, they were cooked perfectly (medium), juicyand tender. Our waitress was great. We will definitely go back. Read more
I ordered a chocolate molten cake and they gave me a tiny salad dressing container with about one small spoon of ice cream and... put in a with them hot food to melt. Fries weren?t even warm to touch they were cold and this is how many she only got. Iordered a bowl of potato soup and only got a cup. When I questioned the guy that brought it out curbside his response was ?It?sall good?. I asked for ketchup and never received any but they fries were to cold to eat anyway. Overall it was ok. Missed the skillet queso and chicken crispers. So we decided to visit the restaurant of long ago. Having... eaten here many times but not for a long time, the visit was ok. The general manager was there I forgot to ask her name, she was very wonderful today we didn?t think we was able to order wings... at chilis!
