Standard evening going to get a quick dinner turns into a 30 minute wait. After ordering a meal, I was told it would be a 10... minute wait. The 10 minute wait turned into 25 until I went inside. The meal comes with a 2 liter. After finally getting my foodthe man working the counter said grab a 2 liter. I pointed out there was no diet. His response was ?Oh well get something else.?Should have stuck with All-American Pizza. Read more

Customer service, lousy. The guy working the front spoke very quietly, and when I said 3excuse me, he acted...put out that I ask... him to repeat himself. When leaving I said thank you have a good day, and he just turned his back and walked off. Maybe he wasjust having a bad day? Either way, customer service, I believe, can make or break a place. Also, I got the 5 dollar lunch, 4slice, square pizza. 2 pieces were cut thru the middle on the short cut, the long cut was about 2 inches, with 2 pepperoni perslice with mostest crust. And the pizza clearly sat for a while as the crust was very hard. Poor quality and poor customerservice, means, no matter the convenience, I will not return to this location. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 6:30 and ordered a hot and ready pepperoni, they told me they weren?t ready and would be 15-20... minutes. What?s the point of having hot and ready if your not going to have them during dinner rush? So I got the upgraded onethat was more expensive. Guy tried to short me my change and when I got home the pizza was cold. Read more

In the drive-thru...because I'm in a hurry... "Can I get [three hot and ready] pizzas?" "Sure. Can you wait about five minutes... for them to be ready?" "Uh...okay." "Can you please pull forward and we'll bring them out to you." ... 18 minutes later, Igo inside to see my food just sitting on the counter. "Hot and ready" is a bunch of baloney. Also, this is the second time ina row this has happened at this location. Read more

The price has jumped yet again to $6.50 for a simple hot and ready pizza. Everyone made a big deal when the price went from $5... to $5.50 back in January. I can't find a single mention of this latest price jump. It's no longer worth it. For another $1.49you can get a large 3 topping carryout from Dominos which is, you know, actually good pizza. I've yet to see the "extra"pepperoni they promised from the first price jump. Read more

We have ordered from this location on multiple occasions and since it is a Little Caesars we have low expectations. Our last... take out order was the final straw on dining with LC. During the pick up I encountered young men working inside spending moretime on their phones than providing great customer service. Our pizza had the smallest amount of meat I have seen on a pizza andthe taste was just bland. I know it was a $6 pizza but there are better options just down the street at All American. We will nolonger dine at this LC location due to poor service and food quality. Read more

I waited 30 minutes for the awful pizzas shown in the picture. The manager on duty cooking the pizzas somehow thought these were... edible. The cheese pizza is doughy and the pepperoni pizza is burnt and hard. I called the manager and informed her about it andshe said she would call me back later to issue a refund; but never did. Update: I was issued a refund and even contacted byLittle Caesars apologizing for what happened. I have been back on several occasions and received better pizza. I'm not sure whythe bread sticks are always under-cooked or over-cooked, but that is another matter. I would say if you want to gamble on adecently priced pizza, then go for it. If you want to spend a little more, and get a much better pizza, then go to All AmericanPizza, located less than half a block north on Pennsylvania Ave. on the right hand side. You can order online through most foodapps and they have drive-thru for pick-up orders as well. Read more

I ordered 5 cheese pizzas at the counter on a Sunday afternoon (around 1 p.m.). When I walked in, I asked the gentleman at the... register how many hot-n-ready cheese pizzas he had available. He said, "Well, usually, we keep one pizza ready." He checked,"Well, this is unusual, but I have 3." I ordered 5, because I had an unexpected large crowd to feed at lunch. He had an attitudewhile he punched in my order, like I was inconveniencing him. The other person in the back was equally frustrated that he had tomake my 5 pizzas. He was in the back cussing about it. They both asked each other, "Does no one have a phone anymore?" I feltvery uncomfortable sitting there, waiting for the pizzas they were so angry about having to make. It felt very hostile. When mypizzas were finished, the second gentleman brought them out, dropped them on counter, and announced that my 5 cheese pizzas wereready. No, thank you. No, politeness. I was just glared at as I grabbed my pizzas and left. The only positive thing about thisvisit was that they did make my pizzas quickly and I only had to wait uncomfortably for about 10 minutes. Also, the pizzas wereexactly as I expected Little Caesar's Hot-N-Ready cheese pizzas should be (based on my previous experiences there). The food wasfine; the experience was not. Read more
