I called to order pizza for my kids, but was on hold for 15 minutes! I gave up and had to just drive there just to order. Upon... arrival, they informed me that it would take 90 minutes for my pizza to be ready. No way I'm waiting that long! I had an order that was incorrectly charged. After calling and notifying the manager of the situation, I was happy with the... results. I have worked in the food service industry in the past and know that mistakes will always happen by human error orother factors. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Took almost 2 hours for 1 pizza, 1 sandwich and an order cheese bread, then my pizza arrived like... this and not cut at all. The cheese was so cold and congealed that when I tried to pull it off, some cardboard ripped off. Triedto call to get my money back and the girl named Taylor answering the phone told me she didnt know how to do that, so I asked tospeak to the manager. She informed me he was "out doing something" and would call me back. It's been an hour and a half and Istill haven't heard from the manager to get my money back. Will NEVER order from Marco's again.
