Despite always being busy, service is quick and my order is always correct. Friendly drive thru staff as well
Placed a mobile pickup order, was not greeted or even acknowledged until my order was ready. Not once did they greet any... customer that walked thru the door. 3 people waited and eventually walked out. The store was not busy & there were plenty ofstaff. I've had some bad service experiences in Oklahoma but this McDonald's is typically pretty kind and get my orders right. After... going to several other fast food locations and being annoyed by service or getting the wrong order I have enjoyed having a nicesimple experience. Read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Was in the drive through ready to order and they let 5 cars ahead of me in the other lane that came after... me!! I asked to speak with the manager. The lady at the 1st counter was RUDE, LAZY. After insisting 2-3 times to speak to aMANAGER, a woman who called herself ?Potty? came and said she cannot do anything about it and basically it is MY FAULT. Not surehow it would be my fault. A good McDonalds location. I treated myself and got the hotcakes for breakfast while I was hungry and needing to kill some time.... Clean restaurant, fast service, and good food. No complaints here! Read more
Came here during our travel to OKC OK on 28DEC2019. I have ordered 2 latte with caramel. They made it as caramel water. Our... mouths got spoiled with huge sweet. I have returned them to get fresh one. They have made it again with same taste, weultimately got frustrated thrown them away and drive to star bucks. McDonalds never fails me, when I'm in a pinch for time. Great fast food for a fair price. Love their Mac Chicken sandwiches.
