Ordered: Large original crust half cheese half canadian bacon/pineapple. Large thin crust bbq... sauce/pepperoni/sausage/bacon/jalapenos/extra mushrooms. Received: Large STUFFED CRUST half PEPPERONI, half canadianbacon/pineapple. Large as stated above, but no JALAPENOS Order refunded because I didnt want to wait another 80 minutes forthem to fix it and send out another for delivery. Was the order really that hard? I?m not sure what changed about a year ago. This was always our go to for consistent pizza. Now it?s always over cooked. Has the... ownership or management changed? We typically order one pizza per week but have decided to start using other options. Update:well good news is that it?s not burnt anymore. Bad news is that the dough is now raw. Read more
We ordered a Few pizzas on 3 different occasions (so 3 total times) and EVERY SINGLE TIME and EVERY PIZZA (7 pizzas total) were... RAW!! The dough was definitely very raw and undercooked as well as the crust having so much flour just all over the place. Wewere basically tasting dough & flour. Also, when I picked up our pizzas from there they were already cold even though it hadonly been 15 minutes since notifying me via text it?s ready. Pizzas are supposed to be placed in a warmer oven that keeps themwarm til pick up. I went in and saw how they didn?t even have one. Plus, they don?t have delivery to my house, just take out,even though I?m just 15 minutes away. SUPER inconvenient and food was NOT worth it. I have since started ordering from Pizza Hutor Dominos. Was super excited to be able to finally order a pizza from one of the most popular pizza places near PAPA JOHNS. We ordered the... Epic Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and the crust looked and tasted not cooked. So I have to say it wasn't very tasteful. Also itWAS WAY TOo expensive. Read more
Never had a problem in years, until tonight. Ordered 2 large. One was to be well done the other just a regular large pizza. When... we got them they had raw dough throughout. Called to get our order remade and was told that can't happen. I told him it had. Hethen told reluctantly they would remake the pizzas at no cost. Odd thing to say. When we went to pick the pizzas up, at firstthey said they didn't know what we were talking about. The counter person then b questioned us again about what was wonderingwith the pizzas. Again we showed the raw dough and he agreed that it needed to be remade. Then he asked why we wanted the other pizza remade! Really? How about we wanted two hot pizzas at the same time? This location has completely lost it. I ordered a pizza, dough was raw. I called and they sent out a 2nd one, dough was raw.... Unbelievable. I've seen other reviews of people getting food poisoning, I wonder why. The managers response was "all the pizzasgo in the oven for the same amount of time, sir". So you don't check anything? You just assume? What kind of cooks do you haveand more importantly what kind of manager doesn't manage their staff and business? Are your managers not servsafe certified bythe health department? I've managed restaurants for years, never have I handled a situation this way. Corporate needs to cleanthis location up big time, or raise the hiring pay so they can get some people in there with at least SOME level ofcompetence. EDIT: I never received a pizza for the THIRD time. So essentially, they took $30 from me, sent me raw food, andnever corrected it. Thanks for stealing my money. NEVER eat here. Read more
Waited over an hour for one pizza and garlic bread sticks. It was cold when it arrived and we paid $35. We will not be ordering... from here again. Oncue is way better and always hot! Read more
