Very disappointed in the customer service. Matthew was very impersonal as I walked in the door. My first time at Papa Murphys I... attempted to ask a question but was cut short with, "what do u need". I made myself clear however I guess he was to busy to hearmy entire order and ro charge me for the 2 Ranch dressings. Well over course my order was wrong. As the guy who was worst thenMatthew called my order out. Walked away didn't say let me see what u ordered. He just walked away. Love the idea of take and bake pizza. Too bad there are fewer and fewer of these places any more. Their menu is half of what it... used to be. They didn't have the crust that I wanted. All in all however, the pizzas were great, and the people too. Read more

Awesome as always. Bought 2 larges to feed 5 people, there was plenty left over for lunch the next next day.

I love the concept of Papa Murphys . They build the pizza and you just take it home and throw it in the oven and wallah, fresh... pizza at home. I have a son that's vegan and I'm always trying to alter things so that he can have what we are having. Theyoffer a plant based cheese here which was a pleasant surprise, so he was able to build his own vegan pizza. Read more

The pizza was so good. We haven't ordered here in awhile, I'd forgotten how good it actually is. I ordered online and it was... waiting on a rack by the door to be picked up. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that I ordered a salad and they gaveme the wrong one and forgot the salad dressing. Read more

Their Supreme is excellent and fair price for the quality

Spent $112.50 on 5 pizzas and 2 keto chicken garlic. Every pizza was on thin crust (only 1 was supposed to be), one missing... jalapeños which I specially requested, the keto trays made with red sauce not garlic. After a long day and finally making ithome I discovered the errors....and called. Brandon claimed to have made the ketos with creamy white sauce....not and even triedto tell me that the dough was a regular dough....not! They did offer 30%off the next time but this is ridiculous!
