Love your chicken and sauce, but seems to be universal miscommunication at most Raising Cane?s. Seems that just about every... Canes I?ve eaten at, and I travel the country, I?ve gotten an incorrect order. Today?s visit at this location was no different.For my husband?s order, I specified just bread and chicken on sandwich , no lettuce or sauce or anything else. Ended up withsauce on sandwich. Went back to return uneaten sandwich combo and they only replaced sandwich, had to ask to replace fries too. Also a problem with asking for extra sauce on my orders and consistently don?t get it. Just ordered Cane's via Doordash. My girls love this place, but our orders are often incorrect. We always order extra Cane's... sauce. At least 50% of the time it's not included. If you're going to charge extra for a condiment, please make sure it'sincluded in the order. So frustrating! Read more
