I?ve never really been a huge fan of Starbucks, but this particular store may have changed me. The people are always so polite... and they make a delicious white chocolate mocha that I can?t seem to get quite right in my own home. I treat myself everyThursday since it?s my late night for classes and they never disappoint! Shout out to Miss Lydia for always having a smile onher face! Would love to leave no stars. I understand friendliness and interacting with customers, but the employees were completely... obnoxious. It is not uncommon for customers to do work at a Starbucks, but don?t try to get anything done here. There werethree of us tying to read and study while they were literally screaming, making noises, etc. I frequent area Starbucks to relaxor study, but I won?t be coming here. Read more
They can't even make the coffees they allow you to order. They let you get to the window and then refund you instead of even... checking to see if you want to substitute it for something else. It's ridiculous. There are significantly better places to getcoffee. Go to a different Starbucks. Just don't go here. Read more
Very inconsistent service! My orders have been made wrong more than they've actually been made right and even the remake... typically taste nothing like what I asked for or they will try to argue with you as if I haven't been drinking the same drinkfor years and don't know what it should taste like if made correctly ????. I'd rather go to the one in target or drive to thememorial location. Read more
