Double check your order before you leave. This location is awful about keeping your food. Other than that, good... location. Edit: Just awful. And they tend to keep receipts which makes it harder to submit complaints for these issues. Istill blame coorporate's obsession on drive through times, but I had to take away another star after last night. Read more
Disappointing mobile experience. Ordered BIG mobile order several items missing including a dozen cinnabon's told they also ran... out of items and no refunds because it was mobile order. Staff were slow and offensive. Read more
Went to get drive through the other day, and it was a long wait. Turns out it was just the manager and one newer employee... working; everyone else had called out on them. For having just two people, they were still working hard and their attitudeswere good. As tough as it's getting to get and keep employees, you have to recognize people working in tough situations. This is My Taco Bell here ! OmG GOOD ! Nice portions too! Not skimpy on the fillings , and just great inexpensive food... for the masses , WHAT ! You haven't tried taco Bell ? Avoid. Never again. The last time I ordered anything from this location, * One of the cheesy rollups had a bite taken out of... the end, right out of the wrapper. * Chalupas we?re stale and the chicken in them was cold. * Tacos had obviously be sitting ina warmer for too long. Ordered online at 10:30 p.m. and paid online because the app said they closed at midnight. I get there and the line is fairly... big but a few cars move forward. My turn at the speaker box comes and nobody says anything. Thinking they were busy I sat therefor about 9 minutes before asking if they needed me to pull forward or if they were ready for my order. Still, nothing. Ieventually pull to the window and no one is there. I do see an employee but instead of telling me they'd closed early he looksat me and walks away. I had to call the store for them to tell me that they had closed at 11 and that they weren't taking anymore orders. I understand if you're short handed and need to close early but there was no indication that this was the casetoday and somebody should have notified the line somehow. Read more
This taco bell outlet is very near to many of the shopping places in Edmond, which makes it easier for having cheap food. They... have a huge advantage of serving many vegetarian food compared to the other restaurant chains around this area. But, what'sdisappointing is, they often add meat to your vegetarian food. Beware of this, and always check your food if you are carryingout and don't be disappointed after reaching home. Read more
