If I could give zero I would in a heartbeat. The service we got tonight was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. We realized... a burrito was forgotten. No big deal. We go back thru the drive thru get to the window before we could say anything whoever thefemale cook was in the back comes flying out cussing my husband and I. Yelling. Everything. I asked for the supervisor all hesays well yeah sorry about that and hVe is a coupon for a free taco. Refused to say anything about how his associate was rudeand said well yeah I?m not giving names. The kid looked like he was maybe 15. If this is how you want your associates to treatyour customers then you shouldn?t run a business. Read more
We did not done in because the lobby was disgusting in all areas. There was no clean table. The soda area was messy. There... seemed to have been plenty of employees but perhaps they were sort handed or ridiculously busy & unable to keep up. The food wasas expected and packaged & bagged well. Read more
Ordered two avocado chicken tacos, they gave me Chipotle and took one chicken strip and tore it into pieces and scattered it... across both. I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of quality and how I was treated when I presented the problem to themanager. There's a mgr lady who works there that doesn't know what she's doing. I will never go back. I had a mobile order from the... app.. went through the drive-thru as I always have done. Lady yells at me that deliveries have to pick up inside.. wouldn't evenlet me explain that I'm not a delivery driver. So I went in to explain and scoff about how the whole purpose of orderig fromapp is the convenience but she just talked over me and tried to give me someone else's door dash order . So, just an hour ago I go through the drive thru and order a party pack of six crispy and six soft all no lettuce. (Repeated no... lettuce) I get to the window and get my receipt and don?t see a notation of no lettuce. The person at the window was a young guyand no head set. Sounded like a woman That took my original order. I tell him about what I notice. He said okay walks to theback and comes back and says ?they know?. A few minutes later he hands me my party pack and laugh as I say ?no lettuce right?? He shakes his head. I pull out and stop and wouldn?t ya know it is now 12 hard crispy tacos and alllllll have lettuce. Theinside is closed so I pull back to the drive through and have to wait due to the dinner rush. Ten minutes later I?m at thewindow and the same kid looks at me and I tell him. ?They all have lettuce and they?re all hard tacos. He says ?do you want tokeep them?? I explained I want my order. Then a large cook came up and said ?you ain?t say no lettuce?. I was a little shocked.Even if I hadn?t, who says that. I reply with ?well I did and six of them aren?t even soft tacos. He walks off and quicklyreturns. I get the party pack and check the first three that are made correctly and just assume the rest are. 25 minutes later Iget home and after going through the first three, after dividing up amongst the family. We start noticng Attached picture. Notto mention still lettuce on a few of them. The remainder had about a quarter sized amount of meat. This is absolutely the worstexperience I ever had with fast food. I attempted calling the store eight times using their listed number and no one hadanswered as of this review. This Taco Bell in Edmond on Kelly next to Lowe's is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. If you are going to go to one, this is... the one to go to. You get what you want when you order it. It is Hot and Ready and everything is clean in-store and out. Read more
