Every time I am here we get different drinks and am always pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm.
I used to really enjoy going to this place, but they've just started going downhill. The last few times I've been, despite... repeatedly noting I want *milk tea*, I still get tea with no milk. I would repeat the same thing four or five times, and itwould still come out wrong. I'd prefer to have milk in my milk tea, no other boba shop I've been too messes this up thiscommonly. I dont understand why they don't want me to have milk :( I'll probably just start going elsewhere. The staff seemsvery sweet, but very incompetent at times. I?ve been here a lot because I work near it, and the service is good but the drinks are really inconsistent. I get the same... drink every time and sometimes it?s nice and other times it tastes like water. I think it might have something to do withdifferent staff being trained differently on drinks because I?ve become such a regular that I can tell by whose working if thedrink will be normal or strange. I?ve been going here for a year now. I?ve been to many other stores in that time and although I think OoCha was very good,... Teapioca Lounge is my favorite. I get pretty basic stuff but still, amazing! delicious. makes me do my happy dance. I recommend. Read more
The boba tea was pretty good. My sister brought it home has she knows I love boba but we don?t have one in town. So she put it... in a cooler and drove it back over an hour and it definitely was worth the wait. Read more

Super busy place. You may not get helped for few minutes when you arrive. I love their boba tea. Taro is a must try!!!
