So THIS is what the young kids are raving about! No ordinary bubble tea, either. My friend and I lucked into this place after... lunch at Arashi ramen. So glad we found our new hang. The menu is quite extensive but we settled on milk teas: jasmine & Thai(yes, THAI ICED TEA). We also tried this neon-green-flecked Pandan waffle, made w/a plant. OMG! Amazing!! The substantialwaffle, good to share, bit crisp & crunchy yet the texture inside was chewy--almost like gummy candy. We'll be back again &again until we try everything. Super happy that I don't have to go downtown for this anymore! I had excellent service and guy was very patient with my... questions. I love the chewy green strips in my dessert last time but I didn't know what it was called and he explained to meabout the difference between pandan jelly and pandan jello. Pandan jelly is made of tapioca so it is chewy. I recommend choosinga drink with that. I ordered a che #4 summer delight. It comes with the pandan jelly and jello, grass jelly, beans and coconutmilk. Its more like a dessert you need to eat with a spoon rather than a drink since it has more solids than liquid. Tastesgreat. It is a nice little dessert place. Did you know you could order your dessert drinks with different amounts of sugar? Just tell them less or more sugar. With the... bean-combo che, which tend to be sweet, it's nice to have the less sugar option. Small store front (about the same asTukwila's). It has more seatings than Tukwila's, but less than Chinatown store's. Menu is not as extensive as Chinatown's. Mostche are $5.25 with a couple being in the range of $6.25-$6.75. This is pretty pricey for a dessert drink. One bathroomavailable. 5 stars the menu options. 3 stars for the high che prices. Read more
Got the sugarcane juice and the pandan waffle. The sugarcane juice is nice ; served cold with lots of ice, but no option to add... ginger or lime. The pandan waffle was a nice big size, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Yum! Read more
