This is one of our favorite all time restaurants in Seattle! We are so lucky to have it in walking distance to. I highly... recommend making reservations or you could just sit at the bar (which we have done) or you could try and get lucky and score anempty table. Everything is magnificently done here, from the unique, very tasty food, to the cocktails and finally theincredible service!! It is a great date night spot, or place to bring family and friends. I'm already planning on bringing mymom next time she is visiting. Read more

Definitely a place to visit if you're in the area. Be aware that the portions are large so even a "small plate" is likely... enough food for a meal. Also they do lean into the spiciness of their food so be prepared for that. Read more

33$ for Shrimp in garlic sauce and uncle bens rice??? Hard pass!!! It was gross. I would have sent the dish back if I wasn’t... there for a birthday. The service was fantastic. People who had the noodles at my table said they enjoyed their dish. If youwant seafood worth the price, check out their sister restaurant called salt and iron or there is a restaurant called“charcoal” at the same price range. This was my second visit here. And definitely my last. Read more

This is the second of Shubert Ho's restaurants we've eaten at. Holy Mother. It was good. I can do justice to the meal I've just... had. Just go there. Read more

A gem in Edmonds, serving & creating outstanding fusion dishes melding Asian & Latin flavors. The pork belly in our ramen was... sooo tender, with rich flavors. Pork dumplings rival that of Din Tai Fung; totally addictive & they're on the happy hour menu, which is the best way to sample the food. Highly recommended. Who puts Indian curry in a chicken taco? They do & it works sowell. Freshest oysters with ginger/yuzu mignonette for a deal at happy hour, too. Don't miss desserts. My almond cake was light& fluffy & completely compatible with the lychee. I finally made it here! My buddy and I came here after another place closed earlier than expected. I’m glad they did since... this place has been on my radar for some time now. Not sure why I waited so long. Anyway, Sunday night around 8:15pm we came inand sat at the bar. Ordered from the happy hour menu and regular menu. Great food, friendly service and comfy atmosphere made adark damp Sunday night rather memorable. We shall be back! Read more
