Came through late last night with my husband. It was about 10 minutes before close and, while we hate to be those people, we... were hungry. The lady in Drive thru was amazing. She was friendly, polite and had quite a lovely voice .... all of which is veryrare to hear in a fast food drive thru. Usually, it a very rushed experience where you feel like you need to get out of the lineas quickly as possible. On top of the pleasantries and small talk, we explained that we had an onion allergy and she took thetime to double check that there was no onion or contact with onion. My husband (the one who is allergic) was particularlygrateful. All of the food was fresh and great tasting, including the fries. Given the fact that we showed up with only tenminutes before they closed, we definitely expected old fries. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you to the staff who took careto make the food and to the staff that served us in drive thru. This Arby?s is the best in the city. The workers are so kind and the manager is the nicest man I?ve ever met. So glad to stop by... and see this great service. First time ever eating at Arby's and I was sorely disappointed. The roast beef sandwich was dried out, sliced paper thin roast,... a tiny burger bun. Zero condiments or sauces on it. It was bland and gross. Got curly fry poutine. The fries were so hard anddry it was like chewing saw dust. There was so little gravy it was ridiculous and the cheese curds were somewhat hard and dry adwell. When i tried to chew one it crumbled apart in my mouth and was very gritty textured. My best friend and I just stopped here for food and the service and food was amazing! Super quick and efficient and the girl... working the drive thru Lexy did an outstanding job. She had exceptional product knowledge, and did not make us feel rushed eventhough we are slightly indecisive(ha ha). It's great to see someone who puts in the effort to do a good job, coming from twopeople who have worked in the service industry for many years. Was very refreshing and will most definitely be back! It's always nice when I have piece of off colour meat that tastes bad hidden in my sandwich, presumably meat from the night... before that didn't get used so they probably fridge it and reheat it the next day as this was right when they opened. Icontacted Arby's so they "can make it right" but they never responded. Here is a picture, the meat was more green however mycamera just picked it up as off colour. *Edit* well now you guys tell me to fill out the form that I filled in the first placetyped it all out. I am not going through that effort again. I did it once, nobody got back to me hence this review. I am notdoing it again. 9 months later they send me two coupons for one free sandwich each. Read more
