The management needs to get their affairs in order and train the staff correctly. I was dumbfounded when the burrito artist... removed some portion of two ingredients from my burrito while making it, cause she had probably dropped a bit more than whatwould be permitted against the "quota". The chicken was stuck to the pan and seemed cooked in the morning but was served to meat 4 PM. I even asked if I could use the washroom to wash my hands before I had my meal. I was told that it's out of order andthey have been instructed to not open it. The whole burrito-making process seemed to be carefully built around cutting corners,saving food costs and using the minimum amount of ingredients. Had I not been extremely hungry, I would've either walked off ordumped the burrito in the bin. This was my third visit to the branch and I have vowed to never visit again. You'll need tovisit the Quesada on Jasper Ave and take lessons on how to make a burrito solely with the goal of utmost customer satisfaction. Read more

Its nice to see that u have all the 5 star reviews. But when i ordered at skip the dishes ive got a missing item and when i... phone the store harman said if im not mistaken by name they run out of it. If you are really good at customer service informyour customer that u ran out of it instead of leaving them wondering. I waited for the skip order for like 45mins so might aswell get it right. And that lady didnt apologise. She just said "we ran out of it" i guess the 5 star review customer service ianot applicable in your delivery orders? This is my first tome to order here and i would not order here anymore. Its not allabout the good food most of the time, its how u handle cuatomers as well. ZERO if there is. Very disappointed. Every Monday now my friends and I go here for the Mexi fries. It's soooo good! The staff is really nice and always have good... suggestions when we come in if we want to try something new. Would definitely recommend, this is a good spot ???? Read more
