Very mediocre fries, even A&W is better, far inferior to Costco. Their 'classic burger' looked like just a huge oversized bun,... the rest was tiny and hidden inside the soggy soft bun not even toasted. Still took 15 minutes. The meat itself was reasonable,cooked to the right temperature. If it's the only choice, sure, otherwise, go to Wendy's or A&W for a far superior burger forhalf the price. Went here on Saturday evening. There was an employee who is called "Bob". What an amazing job. We got there during a skip the... dishes rush. He got us ordered up. Food took about 20 minutes because of the rush. Once our food was ready he immediatelybrought it to us. Apologized 4 times for the wait time. He helped more customers and finally started his break. He had food onthe table he was eating at for his break. Turned out that he tried starting his break 2 hours prior when the food was made. Hewent another 2 hours without a break so he could deal with his rushes and his customers waiting at the till. Once we wereleaving, he was still eating. My girlfriend went to the till to get a to go container. Not one of the 3 women in the kitchencame out to help. "Bob" immediately noticed that and jumped up from his break AGAIN! Whoever the owner/manager is, give this guya raise, give him 3 raises. Read more

The burger was amazing the bun was very fresh and we loved the selection of poutine's. Another visit should be in order soon.

boardwalk burgers and fries has completely changed the quality as well as quantity of their food. the food is not not enjoyable... and a total waste of your money. the cashier there began acting rude when i could not hear her and asked her to repeat what shewas saying. please do not go here. the chicken finger basket was horrible. the chicken was cooked on a pan or something, it istotally flat on one side and not at all what they used to be. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeño cheese fries. I was incredibly disappointed with what I received. The... burger was not spicy at all. The jalapeños were pickled instead of fresh. They were not spicy and just made the fries soggy. The meal was incredibly expensive. Save your time and money and go elsewhere - preferably Wendy?s! Read more

Never heard of them before but saw them across the shopping plaza and decided to give them a try. Wow! Glad we did. Liked... everything about the place. It's clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food. Delicious. I'vebeen disappointed by so many overhyped burger joints before with bland, tasteless burgers or low quality ingredients. Not here.All of Boardwalk's food tastes fresh and quality. In fact you don't feel like you're eating fast food at all! The burgers aregood quality and flavourful. The toppings are fresh and tasty. The fries are excellent and the chili is a nice change from theheavy, strong chili many places serve. It's a refreshing change that's tasty but doesn't sit like a rock in your stomach. Andthe shakes!
