Excellent location! Always very satisfied! Staff are friendly, work fast and are always really helpful. They remember what I get... so if they see me in line, they always make it ahead of time. To all the people who posted negative reviews, PLEASE! You're notas ENTITLED as you think you are. Posting an awful review over 1 SMALL incident rather than talking to management or even headoffice, is unacceptable. First time I came here, it was supposed to be open at 8am. It was 8:13 and the girl still didnt open the doors up. I asked her... "what time are you guys open", she looks down at her watch and says "8:15". Lmao.. I just went there again and they were closed15 minutes after 8 still.. i waited until 820 and left. They have a 50% off deal for the first hour and even their signs say8:15am-9am 50% off LOL!!!!! Absolutely terrible service! I work in an office attached to City Center and noticed that Booster Juice had a 1/2 special on any... regular sized smoothie Monday-Friday from 7am-8am. I arrived this morning at 6:58am and waited for them to open. At 7:05am anemployee walked in, not acknowledging us at all, and went in to a room at the back of the store. I doubled checked to see whattime they were open, and the website lists 7am. A minute or so later, a different employee came out, and we thought we weregood to go. She left the store, not opening the sliding doors, walked right past us without saying a word, and went out side tosmoke AFTER the store was supposed to be open! We called out to the other employee in the back asking if they would open, andshe said they don't actually open until 7:10am - which we all know is not true. When we told her the sign out front said 7am,she shrugged her shoulders at us and walked away. Super disappointing, and I hope that someone from management reads this andcorrects their poor customer service problem. If something was wrong and they needed a few more minutes, all they had to do wasask us for our patience and it would have been no problem at all. But to see an employee walk past customers waiting patientlyto go have a SMOKE rather than serving us is deplorable. Step it up, Booster Juice! Read more

Very slow service. 3min standing in line and my order not taken yet. Skinny lady just ignored the rest of the line and kept... talking to lady behind her while making her order. Must be a VIP or something. Went out the line and went to Starbucks instead.Passed by here again and the people in line with me still there. Pity. Read more
