Ordered a berry cream sensation on skip the dishes and they didn?t even put frozen yogurt in my drink. I?ve been ordering this... same smoothie for years. It should look and taste creamy ( after all, it is in the name???) obviously they need to train thestaff to make drinks according to the recipe. Very disappointed. Read more

AWFUL SERVICE. I wish I didn't have to feel this. I have had friendly service here before but today (Sat Sept 10) was terrible.... Moody staff (both of them). Impolite. Curt languaging. My juice took longer than expected to get ready so when she said that shewould get started on it, I said "oh, quickly if you can, I've been in my car for about 20 mins now," just sharing thissentiment. That staff then turns to me saying "I didn't know you were in your car for 20 mins!!" well that's irrelevant lol, Iplaced my order over 20 mins ago... NEXT, because they seemed rushed or flustered... when I get my drink I ask if they added theextra spinach (because there is an option of paying for, and selecting, extra spinach). The 2nd staff says "there is alreadyspinach in there." What the hell does that mean? Did you see, and therefore add, the extra spinach or not? It's a simplequestion, and should not cause the customer service person to get flustered. CIRCULAR LANGUAGING SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EXIST HERE.It's a simple question, and you either did or did not and forgot. Yes/no would work. Instead, she says that there's alreadyspinach there - how am I the customer supposed to work with that? Then gets emotional and circular. You work in customerservice, you should be able to manage your mood, manage your feelings when things get busy, and de-escalate things rather thanbe the one to escalate a minor concern a customer has. This store had a very welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The staff showed the best attitude to its customers. I just want to keep... coming back to this place. Will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provided. Read more

I've always loved coming to this location as their smoothies have always been consistent, and were always well-blended. However,... I went in to order a smoothie this morning, and it was absolutely terrible. I could barely drink my smoothie as it was filledwith half-blended ice chunks and fruits. I went back into the store to kindly ask the employee if she could remake the smoothiefor me. She glared at me and gave me a dirty look before taking my smoothie away. She complained to her coworker before handingme a remake of my smoothie. I left the store and took a sip of my smoothie, which was SO watery. It was more of a juice than asmoothie. I have ordered this smoothie numerous times in the past before, and it's never this watery, even without sorbet in it.I'm incredibly disappointed and will not be visiting this location in the future.
