Worse customer service ever. Hours said the store close by 6pm, we arrived just 5 minutes before. Girl who works there (didn?t... catch her name) but was so snarky and said why are you coming in store ??? Don?t you know we are closed?! Exactly 5 minutesbefore 6pm. Terrible experience, called at 8:40 they close at 9. I wanted to make sure I wasn?t showing up last minute and pre order. Horrible customer service never coming back. Worker served us very rudely I was with my children ordering for them. She punched... the blender several times and scared my kids after that she seemed really mad and slammed down all her materials. Finally whenshe finish taking out her anger on the materials she gave our drinks. I asked for an extra cup and she THEW THE CUP AT COUNTER.We feel so disrespected after going there. Read more

Lordy lord. The lady named Maddie (didn?t take my order) but I watched her take the people in front of mines order, she was so... rude. She acted like she clearly didn?t want to be there. She made it VERY clear., she would ask them for a booster by saying?booster? than flicking her head toward the booster options. I hate seeing that. Read more

I received such lovely service today after ordering a banango burst. The staff there made my drink in such a timely manner,... impeccable service. The place was very clean and tidy. Despite being busy the staff working were very organized. A customerspilled a drink on purpose and started yelling at the teens working, yet they kept calm and stayed friendly. Rude customer service. Was informative in a blunt way like she was annoyed I asked for a snack size in a smoothie that?s not... able to be snack size. As I was choosing a different smoothie she interrupted me. Was also not quick to serve me either. I stoodfor about two minutes. Wasn?t offered a smile or a hello when I did both. Read more
