Last Saturday, we lunched here after kids piano lessons. Big thanks to Brennen T., the server, his extraordinary service made... our Boston Pizza experience unexpectedly amazing. It?s been over a year, I believe, that we didn?t visit there. When we settleddown and Brennen came over, he immediately recognized us. My wife was at a girls night out dinner, I asked her to order Calamari takeout for me. When I opened the box I was honestly... shocked at the small amount of the order plus the Calamari pieces were so small and all dried up. Totally unacceptable. Read more
Food here is on a steady decline. Dine in side of the restaurant (non bar side) is out dated and pretty dirty. Boston Pizza used... to be a Canadian institution, but lately it often one of the last places I consider going to. This site needs a serious updateconsidering its in a very good location. Read more
Waitress and host that greeted us had a real big attitude. The two girls seemed like they didn?t even want to be there. The food... was okay, but it honestly didn?t change the fact that the waitress was giving us an attitude the whole time. I would never go tothis Boston Pizza because of how poor the service is from the front of house staff, and how poorly they were accommodated us. Read more
Our adventure begins with 6 of us entering this wonderful establishment hoping to get tacos. After nearly waiting 20 minutes we... were advised they do not have tacos & had run out... We then continued to look at alternatives as we patiently waited nearly 20minutes for drinks... After receiving our drinks which tasted like diluted nasty swamp juice. We submitted our dinner ordersand patiently awaited the surprising gifts we were about to be bestowed. To our surprise, the onion rings showed up first. Thiswould be the highlight of our 3-hour adventure... Surprisingly tasty...and fresh (the onion rings)?we wait for the rest of ourorder. The order arrives however 3 dishes were incorrectly ordered/ cooked. So we kindly request that the issues getrectified...and await our 2nd surprise. As we bite through our chicken sandwiches....the deliciously raw tasting feeling androck-hard jaw-crushing meat that our jaws experienced were beyond explanation. Not to mention the nasty salmonella raw juicygoodness, running into our mouths left us disheartened and scared for our lives. We then ask for the manager, hearrives...asking what the issue was. We go through what was wrong.... then he attempts to correct the issue for a second time.We patiently wait around 45 more minutes...the newly cooked food arrives...again to our shock...also incorrect. He mistakenlyordered our replacement food... We then advise our server of the repeated mistakes...of which again we wait another 20 minutesand after waiting for what seemed to be an insane amount of time, we then advise back we no longer want the replacement food andto please provide us the bill. At this point, we just wanted to leave, hit the save on, buy some groceries and cook ahome-cooked meal vs. stay here another minute. The bill arrives, 200 dollar bill for 30 dollars? worth of food that weconsumed...shame on you. Absolute one of the most awful places we have been. As usual a good experience at BP, they had something called "kids eat free" when we visited and so the place was so crowded but... we were able to get a table. The creamy mushroom and spinach bake was soo good. Hot & tasty. We felt really full. Read more
Got take out from them twice now first time was meh for just wings. This was gross, half the calamari was in a big uncooked... dough ball other half was soaking wet because they threw lemon on it for a delivery order and soaked through the food and thebox... Read more
It was a great experience, the meals are nice, though the coleslaw does need some improving, other than the coleslaw it would be... hard to fault this place,but if you're in the mood for a plated dish and not just pizza, this place has your back. If you ordera pizza you can request specific toppings. Kid's meals have plenty of options to choose from. Kid's drawing. Free pop/softdrink refills. Free Wi-Fi. And the servers showed their experience by memorising every single order, ???? bravo. Enjoy thenumerous sport channels while you dine, my son was watching Basketball and I was watching the Poker, it really was a niceinterim while waiting for meals.
