Just called to make a reservation for a larger group and was told they no longer take reservations. Girl said its first come... first serve which is not good when your booking for 16 seniors. They just lost our business over that. I don't know what theproblem is for a 1 pm reservation for a large group, with businesses struggling the way they are you would think you would bendover backwards to keep customers. UPDATE: Nov 25 2022 I received a call from the manager, Darrel, today. He was quite apologetic and frustrated with the... service sometimes provided by Door-Dash, as well as the requirement by BP Corporate office to offer delivery at a time when hegets so few requests (afternoons) - thus the need to use Door-Dash. He still has his regular delivery team available for lateafternoons and evening and I am once again looking forward to great pizza and great delivery service - in the evenings. Nov 202022: I use to get GREAT service from Boston Pizza. Apparently they are now using Door Dash and service has been TERRIBLE!. Looks like Boston Pizza will no longer be my go-to, first choice, when I'm tired and overworked. Will have to move OriginalJoe's up from #2, to #1. Usually this place is a 5 for service and food but tonight was meh…. $100 later for mediocre pizza. Super disappointed and... will try another location to see if it’s BPs or if it’s just being short staffed. Pizza ingredients seemed great buteverything was coolish temps and veggies were kinda undercooked on pizza. Fries were cold on kids meals and they replaced themwith warm but rubbery ones. Great wings! I went there last week, got exactly what I paid for, good service, friendly atmosphere, an overall excellent dine... and wine experience. I was able to enjoy 20 wings and two rye and coke for only 25 dollars. Bang for buck, wing night isdefinitely the night to go! Read more
One of the smaller BPS locations in the city. The waitress was awesome ???????? And very attentive to our annoying selfs that... day. (But to much drinks) Ordered their Moscow Mules, amazing of course. Bandera bread. Cesar Salad. Read more
Great customer service, our waitress was attentive and nice. Drinks were good and their spinach and artichoke dip with fresh... pita triangles was amazing. I ordered the salmon power bowl. The salmon was great but the salad and quinoa could use seasoningas it had none whatsoever. We had the Tropic Thunder for dessert and I highly recommend it! The churro was amazing and the mixof flavors with the cream, pineapple and ice cream were divine. Read more
Popped in for a quick bite to eat as last time we came to this location the food was very good and service was as well! I tried... the new onion rings (hold the siracha please!) and the new meatballs...both were very good and I would order them again! 4 hugemeatballs and garlic bread and more than enough onion rings that were nice and crispy but not over done! Of course the Panookiewas great as always! My young server was pleasant but it seemed to take a long time for her to come once I was seated and notvery attentive during my meal. I love Bellinis but found it to be very sweet and watery instead of a typical slushy drink. Itlooked great but I wouldn’t order again if this is how they make their Bellinis!
