The older lady who sat us down was very hospitable and kind, much unlike the place (Smitties) where we were at earlier and got... asked to leave????. All because I asked this mumbling bumbling foreigner for clarification on an item I fixing to order and theSumbeach got very rude and disrespectful ???? ????. I like where you can go and have a server speak the language, this is notbeing racist or prejudice. Went for my birthday, and the waiter brought an incredible au gratis dessert: a warmed fudge filled brownie, two scoops of... vanilla ice cream with caramel and chocolate drizzle, zapped with whipping cream. Nice atmosphere at the Westmount location. Read more

Came with my family, the server did not bother taking everyone's order or get what others ordered right. Only reason we got any... service is because the manager came out to correct it and bring us our food. The waitress came over to pretend to apologize tomy daughter and half hardly did it then instead walked away to go talk with someone else. And now it seems that unless you askfor utensils and napkins you don't even get them. Read more

Top notch food & top notch service! Brittney has served us a couple times in the lounge. She is friendly, courteous and always... makes sure we are pleased, start to finish. Always make best efforts to sit in her section as we are guaranteed a greatexperience! Read more

Normally this location is great. Today I had a stressful day (which may be influencing this review). I ordered delivery.... Received an incomplete order. Called to have it rectified. The solution offered was for me to drive to the restaurant to pick upthe missing items, because they were too busy to deliver. I feel this is unacceptable, I ordered delivery, paid for deliverysomeone should have hopped in their vehicle and delivered. If I wanted pick up, I would have saved the delivery fee and pickedup to begin with. I drove to get the items because they were for my disappointed daughter. When I got to the restaurant theyknew I was unhappy so they offered compensation in the form of free dessert. Had I wanted dessert, I would have ordered it inthe 1st place. (So no thanks) All I wanted is what I payed for; my entire order, delivered. (Maybe I am unreasonable forexpecting what I paid for) Read more

I usually like Boston Pizza. This time the pizza was over cooked and the waitress didn't care. I didn't want to make a fuss but... geeeze. It's expensive there. Very bad service waited over 1 hour for our food. Brought out the wrong dishes when we where served. Server argued with the... table in front of other customers and the manager insisted of making it right. In the end received a 15% discount and a sorryfrom the manager for the behavior of staff. Didn't really make anything better we where still late for our event and left hungry???? Read more

Terrible customer service. This location updated there hours online 2 weeks ago showing 12am, but do not adhere to there own... hours of operation. The manager is rude here too & does not fix incorrect orders if the store is close to closing, instead hechooses to close early. I ordered 2 large pizzas @11pm yesterday & after they were delivered found out that both had the wrongtoppings. So, I called the delivery driver (3 times) & no answer. Then, I called the restaurant @11:40pm & the manager (beforehe so kindly hung up on me) refused to correct my order & have it delivered to me because he said the store is closed@11:30pm. The manager refused to give me a refund as well. Even, after I said I'm not eating anything & would take the bus tobring everything back there the next day. I payed over $60 for everything including the tip. So, here's a tip to anyone readingthis, you can do better...... much better. UPDATE: I was able to get a hold of the owner & was reimbursed for everything @therestaurant. I'm glad we could come to an agreement. But, it could have been handled better. He was insincere regarding whathappened & how unprofessional the manager was. Read more
