This is the best place to come watch a leafs game! Alyssa was very tentative, funny, friendly and very professional. She sure... shows that she loves her job. Our sons boneless wings were very good. My husbands spaghetti was so good he said. Loved theportion size. My caesar salad was very good. Usually when I go to other BP locations, it is dry. This location made itperfectly. Customer service was seriously lacking! Had to hunt down a server and when we did find one he seemed upset that we asked for... service. The drinks were watered down to the point of being flavorless. The salad we ordered was also lack luster. The chickenwas over cooked and next to no dressing. The only thing that was decent was the garlic toast. If I could offer no stars I would.Do better people. Always our go to Boston Pizza location. Best place to cheer for the Maple Leafs. Lots of TV's everywhere. The service is always... exceptional and the food is delish! Overall just an average dining experience. Wait staff were friendly and generally the premises were clean. Ordered the beef dip... and there were issues. The meat was tough and the onion rings in the sandwich was missed. Quality control needs to be improved.Issues also with menu items being out. They ran out of the soup of the day less than an hour into lunch service. Also ran out of2 different beers on tap and it was not too busy. Not sure if this was because of a supply problem or whether this was due topoor order management. Read more
