I haven't been to my home Boston Pizza for a very long time! I must say it was amazing to see some familiar faces and see new... ones too. My server tonight was named Paige and she was such a treat! She was very polite, informative, empathetic and supersweet. I appreciated the conversation I shared with her and the food was fantastic! We really enjoyed our lunch here and this location is much better than the Windermere one. The restaurant was much cleaner and... the staff was much friendlier and paid way more attention to their tables. For the food we had the Memphis chicken sandwichwith spaghetti on the side. The sandwich was all right and quite big so a good value. I didn't find it particularly spicy butgetting spicy food in chain restaurants is always difficult. We also had the Boston size burger which was actually pretty good.Also quite big and the side salad was actually pretty good and big. Overall for lunch it was a nice option and we look forwardto trying the pasta at this location. Read more
Service was exceptional. The Caesar salad unfortunately was less than desired with wilted lettuce and rock hard croutons.Could... jot even finish the salad. Pretty disappointing given the limited options for vegetarians on the menu. Read more
My husband and I went to this location and were very pleased with the service. We sat in the lounge and Randy, the bartender was... extremely personable and knowledgeable. He shared the new features card and we ordered three appetizers (buy 2 get one free)which were delicious! Onion rings were a favourite. My husband had a Moscow mule and he said it was the best he’s had. It’sso refreshing to experience such great customer service. We will be back! Read more
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! If I could give this Zero stars I would. This place should be shut down! - Service was extremely... slow and the staff doesnt talk to people or acknowledge them. We stood in the lobby with 2 other groups and while we waited,multiple members or staff passed by or did things at the front where we waited to be seated, not a single one said a thing to uslike "one minute, be with you" or even a "hello". One group got fed up and eventually just went to the bar (the bar actually hadservice compared to the dining area). It took 15+ mins to be seated despite the restaurant being dead. - Servers take yourorder and abandon you. Never got a single refill on water or pop while we waited for food. We never saw our server again untilour food was ready. The restaurant was dead so there was no reason for the servers to not come back and check on us. - Foodtook almost 1 hour to get to us (again, place was dead) - My food (chicken parmigiana) was cold and the rose sauce on my pastawas soupy, had no taste and watery (I took 3 bites and pushed it away it was that gross). - The men's washrooms step stool forkids is a safety hazard! (see image). - Tables in the dining room sat uncleaned for extended periods of time (one was up to 1hour!). One group beside us got fed up because their food didnt come fov over 1 hour and left. When the staff came to bring thefood that was done, they ended up spilling stuff all over the table (see image). They never came back to clean it (when we leftit was over 15-20 mins it sat not cleaned so who knows how long it took them to come and clean it) - Our kid's ice cream evencame melted because it took so long for the server to come bring it to us! I have already complained to head office about thislocation and requested a follow up because there are so many issues with this location I cant actually say everything due tocharacter limits of their website form. We went here the other night little something to eat thought we’d hit this specific location it was nicely lit and the service... was on point good came out fresh and fast and was really good we had the manager Randy serve us and entertain us the whole nightwas a great experience and the food was excellent thank you 10 stars Read more
