Going to Boston Pizza you expect mediocre food with mediocre service. Tonight we had decent food with terrible service. The... restaurant was basically empty, with the exception of 2 other tables other than ours. The service was incredibly slow, drinkorders came out super late and dirty dishes were left on the table for way longer than they should have. And then, to top itall off the server didn’t warn us about the 18% gratuity that was added to each of the bills. So not only did the server notdeserve the 18% she automatically got, she definitely did not deserve the other tip we added. We haven’t dined with a bigtable since covid so we forgot that the 18% was added. I previously worked as a server and I ALWAYS reminded a table that thegratuity was already added, so people weren’t tipping close to 40% of their meal. I know we should have known better butit’s a very easy thing for the server to mention, and it seems very slimey of her to not say anything. Read more

I had the worst experience at this place!! I found a small black bug crawling in my sons spaghetti, I asked for a manager and... when she came she apologized but then tried to give me my bill with a discount. I told her I’m not paying for the food, whywould I pay for the food when I found a bug in it. I was furious. I Highly highly recommend you don’t go to this place! Read more
This Boston Pizza has a lounge side and a family restaurant side both have their obvious advantages AND... both can be... Noisy....or not. Large screen tvs in both areas, same menu, totally NON-SMOKING. Usually great staff and service... Juke Box onlounge side... mix of oldies and modern tunes...I believe Wednesday is a game night on the lounge side. But call first tocheck it out. Service was great, but as is Boston Pizza has been for decades, the food and menu are extremely outdated and boring. This is a... place that you take your grandparents to because it was all the rage back in the day. I'd rather support a local pizzeria withsome semblance of character. Read more
We went to B.P.s last night. Justin was our server and one of the best servers we've had the privilege of meeting. He was kind... and attentive and he left the lights on for us as it was closing time. Anyone who would have a complaint about him woulddefinitely be a Karen.. Thanks Justin for the excellent service. Went for a family dinner. Traffic noise was a bit annoying but overall the location is well taken care of and the service is... very good. Food was okay. The new "Big Kids" portions are way too big for kids under 13. Overall it was fine but for hard tojustify the price when there are other options around. Read more
