Went three times today since it was right by Days Inn where I am staying. Server at lunch and who I think was the manager were... both great. Shorter dark haired girl with glasses. Pretty as hell. Anyway. Decided to go for dinner before I got my flight. Feltunwanted and server made me feel unwelcome. Nothing overt but she was brief. Just did not get a good vibe. I ate fast and left.Refused to have a bad impression after great service earlier Service industry is hard and I will be back there next time inEdmonton. However, one person does not make a review. Was there Wednesday evening this past week meeting up with a friend. Our server was incredible. However, the next morning I... became violently ill with severe stomach pains and could not keep food or even water down. I had the big dipper and ordered thecheese cake with berry sauce. This is the only meal that differed from my family, so thinking I got food poisoning as it is notcovid. I love Boston pizza, but I don't think I will return to this location becauee of this experience. Read more

First time visiting this location and if it weren't for the hostess, I may have provided a much lower rating. She was amazing -... answered all my questions and she was very well versed on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of service,which always makes for a very favorable customer service experience for me! Saturday evening I joined a group birthday reservation at 6:30pm at the BPs on 106 and Jasper Ave. The host was not informed of... any kind of time limit on our reservation we had sat down to eat people arriving in the 6:30 to 7:00 time frame the last of ourparty got their food at about 8:15 and before they had even been able to finish their food we were asked by management to hurryup to leave. We were then informed that there was a two-hour time limit on the reservation and that they had another partycoming in at 9:00 pm . How very unprofessional to ask a large group party to leave while they were still eating because ofoverbooking and not informing people of any kind of time limit we will not be going back we weren't even given a discount of anykind off our bill even for the ones who didn't get to even finish eating their food and had to pack it up and go. Our waitresswas great it wasn't her fault but management was terrible and rude to us. Read more
