I ordered a piece of the cod with fries and a side of the Onion nuggets. The fish and the onion nuggets were very greasy hence... the newsprint paper. Because of the amount of grease I decided to break off the coating and just eat the fish. Be prepared asthe fish had 0 (that?s zero) flavour. I gave my sister a taste of pure fish just to make sure I was not crazy. Nope noflavour. I imagine they thought lemon and tartar sauce would add flavour. The fries were under done and were truly quite paleand very starchy. The only item of some redeeming value - even though they were quite greasy - were the onion nuggets andgarlic dipping sauce. Great value and delicious food. A two piece fish and chips with dressing and gravy will fill my parents between them. The fish... are a good size, easily some of the larger pieces I've seen from similar shops. Read more
My complaint is that when I buy two pieces of fish you only give me 1 lemon slice, if I buy 1 piece of fish? 1 lemon slice. I... just paid 22 bucks for 2 fish and chips and you save your dime on a lemon wedge??? In the past they gave 2 lemon slices for 2fishes. Makes me feel ripped off and keeps me away from your business. Literally eat here far less than I would just because oftheir lemon wedge cheapness. Also the last time I was here the fries were not great, they were french fries and not chips, verydisappointing. They didn't come across as proper made in house chips but instead as machine produced french fries. See pictures. Read more
Ordered delivery on Uber, everything was really tasty! We had fish, chips, onion rings, and zucchini sticks all of which were... fried. Everything was crispy and fresh, no old fryer oil flavour so you could actually taste the individual food. The qualityand portions are worth the prices. Read more

Amazing fish and chips and my Celiac children love the gluten free options!
Good place for fish and chips. Way better than Grandin fish and chips close to High Level bridge. However, I wish the chips are... not the French fries but traditional chips. Also the mushy peas needs to be cook a bit longer as the peas is a bit chewy. Irecommend dining in for fish and chips as takeout the fish can get soggy. Also I wish the fries was UK version (chips) notfrench fries. Man I miss the chips in UK. Read more
It was good big portions. Only wish they had fried clams on menu also .
