We ate here today for the first and last time. I'm not sure there is enough space to tell you everything about a horrible dining... experience. The service was terrible, Ashley was very slow coming to even ask us what we wanted. She talked so fast you couldn'teven hear what she said. She never came back to see if we were doing ok. Another waitress came and removed out appetizer platesand took away the cutlery from 2 of the guests. The food came, except for a hamburger all the other 3 meals were barelywarm. Two people had no silverware so when a waiter brought it he carried it in his bare hands, no napkin just his bare handsholding the cutlery. How sanitary is that. One meal was sent back and then the guest just said to forget it and did not orderanother meal as he did not want to wait for a new meal when 3 others were eating. There was no apology given !! I left no tip aseating out to me means getting served and enjoying a nice meal. We did not receive either of these. I will be sure to leteveryone we know how horrible our meal and service was. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the ambience was really pleasant as well! Our server was exceptional, I believe their... name was Jayden, and they really made our experience stand out. When they were helping us, it felt like we were being helped bya friend! The food was well cooked with a short wait time as well.
