One of the top sweet sauces in the city, it isn't overly sweet and has some authentic flavor that fits the wrap and meat VERY... well. They make a fine donair and seem to understand portion sizes for their 'regular', 'jumbo', and 'super' donairs, while manyrestaurants seem to think a 'regular' donair should be bigger than both your hands and a saucy mess, these guys get it right andmake it a filled regular wrap. I ordered a vegan pizza and they gave me a pizza with regular mozzarella cheese. The man at the cash register needs to pay... attention. Veggie samosas were burnt. The only redeeming quality of this place is the sweet tamarind sauce. Read more

The lady at the counter I. Did not understand my order first of all I had to repeat it. 2. We ordered off of Skipthequeue.ca and ordered the chicken loaf, Spaghetti with meat sauce on the side, honey garlic chicken... wings and cheese pizza. What we got was a Salami and Cheese sandwich, spaghetti and meat sauce not on the side, the rest of theorder was correct. I called the location and the lady was adamant that it was a beef sandwich order even though I have theconfirmation email that states otherwise. It used to be very good. Ever since that lady took over the taste is all messed up no taste not even 5% taste like pizza... anymore. We used to be their regular customers atleast for 8 yrs now, but their pizza does not taste the same anymore. N theirprices does not match with tariff. On the board the price is $1 to $2 cheaper but in reality they charge that much more. So byebye checkers pizza. Will come back if the real ower comes back he knows how to make a good pizza. First off, very affordable prices for what you get. I ordered a small beef donair and veggie samosas, and both were absolutely... great. The sweet sauce seemed to have a pinch of ground turmeric in it, or something similar as well as hints of garlic powder-I like simplistic sweet sauce on my donair and always hold the garlic sauce as I?m pretty sensitive to garlic as a whole. Buteven still, it was unique and still enjoyable. The donair meet was not dried out even though I placed my order at 9pm- theportion size was generous and everything was fresh. The veggie samosas were very large for the price point, and the fillingwas absolutely delicious. I think the chef must be pan roasting the coriander and other spices as there is a lot beautiful depthto the flavour vs non toasted. The pastry was crisp and cooked through no doughy or chewy parts and no excessive amounts either.Much like the sweet sauce, the accompanying tamarind for the samosa seemed to have its own checkers addins and ?secretingredients? one of which I believe must have to be a few drops of liquid smoke- I like the creativity! With such a standoutsamosa in the first place and with the perfect balance of spice they?ve seemed to master here, I could do without the smokinessin the tamarind- i felt while tasty on its own, it was too busy on the palate accompanied with the stellar samosa. TL;DR Worst donair I've had. No flavor, the cashier didn't understand me, got my order wrong. Would not recommend going... here. Donair Review: The only thing this has going for it is how it's wrapped. It was super dry, almost no sauce at all. Thetomato's and onions were old and soggy, they had no flavor.
