Decided to try out this place as it was a special day being my wife's birthday. Our group of four were seated quickly (we... reserved a table prior) immediately had water served and ordered steak bite appetizers. They were great and our server Nick wasincredibly helpful in explaining the cuts and menu options. The prime rib was also incredible, as were the potato, and salad.Cannot say enough about family experience including my wife's birthday dessert and Nick's Happy Birthday singing. We had not been to this place in many years. Took our son their two weeks ago and they did not disappoint. The food was amazing!... My son enjoyed his steak and loved the sauce that came with it. My husband and I had the ribs so tender we had to eat them witha fork. Not to mention my Daughter got engaged last night there as I recommended this place for dinner without knowing this wasgoing to happen. The staff were amazing to say the least. This was our first time that we have been to this location, and will not be our last. Our sever Rachael amazing. Very pleasant... to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable when asked which meals she suggested. Service was excellent. My avocado saladwas beyond amazing and the birthday treat at the end was delicious. Highly suggest the pineapple upside down cake. Great job. Read more

This is the second time I have been to this location, and the second time I have had Cali as a server. She was amazing both... times. She was funny when the opportunity presented itself to be, had an extremely friendly and warm personality. Very pleasantto deal with. Made each member in our party (different members each visit) feel welcome almost as if we weren't in a restaurantbut at a friends house, she made it such an amazing environment. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to cocktails andher wine service was excellent. Its servers like these that are hard to come by, and the reason I will be returning and tellingothers how great the service is at this location. Great job chop. We had a group of 8 to celebrate Father's Day. Normally there are no complaints with Chop but not all of us had the normal Chop... experience. For starters, the crab cakes were burnt. 2 orders were for medium rare steaks; 1 came out medium well and theother came out well done. The medium well steak had a toothpick in it which was actually almost swallowed by that guest. Another guest started to choke which makes me wonder if he had a toothpick in his steak as well. The other guest was promisedthey wouldn't have to pay for their meal as it wasn't cooked properly but was still charged for it. They did however replacethe meal so that was acceptable, although the extra sides were cold at that point. Even though the rest of us enjoyed ourmeals, unfortunately it's not likely we'll return when the meals are so inconsistent. The staff was great though! Read more
Brought my sister and a few close friends to this amazing Steakhouse. This place was absolutely amazing ???? The atmosphere is... original and authentic. The amazing variety on their menu, and of course the quality of the food was perfect ???? Our alcoholbeverages were all also perfect. Had the scallops ???????? Fries with truffle mayo ???????? We had dinner last night (Fri,Oct 14) with Chad as our date night. It went very well, went to Chops (my first time). Place is... superbly nice, simple and very welcomy. Staff are very nice from the hostess, bar manager, waitress, bartender and to top upmanager came by to check on us. Great! ?? Food? Excellent! We ordered crab cake, steak oscar and trio. I love crab cake.However the cc was looked like a meat ball ???? but thats still taste good. Steak Oscar is the best steak so far for me, mediumrare and the flavor was unforgetably tasty! Shrimp and scallops is to die for. Yay! Not bad not to have a Canadian wine on thelist menu. However, its great to have our own Canadian made wine too (just a suggestion). ???? Now, the trio for deserts.Bluberry cheesecake, creme brulee & chocolate torte! Oh gawd! I forgot my name owhen i had chocolate torte! Ayayay! Myexperience was superbly excellent.
