Great cinnamon buns even if you not super focused on vegan style. Staff are friendly and they're open at hours outside of normal... working time. People may complain about undercooked buns, but I never found any. The only thing holding them back from fivestars is the wait time. I've been there multiple times and only see one person working the line. Staff are friendly, but you'regoing to be waiting a bit if there are several ahead (or heavens forbid a skip order is being processed). Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I waited 20 minutes without a line. ONE worker was making... cinnamon buns. We understood that she was the only worker, so we were patient. Another 10 minutes went by, and then a skipdriver came in. He asked for the skip order # ____ and she continued working on it. (All before taking mine/ boyfriends order.EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER. Another 5 minutes went by- then the SAME skip driver approached her and said thathe received more skip orders from her location, and that he needed another 5 cinnamon buns? Instead of her prioritizing myboyfriend and I- she prioritized the skip drivers first order> and then his ADDED orders. BEFORE TAKING MINE/ BOYFRIENDS ORDER.I found that the most rude/ inconsiderate thing in my life. My boyfriend and I walked out of there empty handed. Wasted almostan hour of our life, and were in terrible moods BECAUSE OF THIS BUSINESS. If you want to go here, be ready to be disappointed.Cause that?s all you?ll be. Xoxo Read more

Amazing selection of cinnamon buns. We just tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. Friendly service and... they even threw in small bottle of hand sanitizer that actually smells good. Will be back more for buns. Read more

I did not know that this place was vegan, I came to check out the cinnamon bun place that you can put toppings on. I had the... apple pie one and it was tasty and generous in its serving size. The cinnamon bun was great fluffy. Loved it. Maybe a littlepricey but the quality and taste were good. Read more

I love cinnamon rolls but sadly the ones at cinnaholic were not worth it. The ones we had were very tough and rubbery. They... barely had any frosting which turned out to be a plus as their frosting was very artificial and not very good. I was excited tosee a cinnamon roll shop open in Edmonton but I don't think I'll be visiting here again. The staff was nice and helpful with theorder process. There are a lot of things to choose from but we never felt rushed. Read more

Super great cinnamon buns! The only reason I?m not giving a 5 star review is cause on one of our cinnamon buns we ordered graham... cracker topping, but it was actually baby crackers? It looked like arrow root crackers... haha! But otherwise, we really enjoyedour cinnamon buns - the dough was very soft and fluffy, the perfect consistency! And they had a great variety of fun flavoursand toppings ???? Read more

I was excited about this place because I love cinnamon buns. Well the buns were crunchy and tasteless, the hazelnut frosting... tasted super artificial, the cream cheese one was tasteless, my brownie bites tasted bitter and gross. I do not recommend. However, there is a really good gelato shop next door where we ended up after throwing out our overpriced cinnamon rolls. Read more
