No large polar pop cups try to sell small polar pop for which is for the same price as large or try to do sell extra large for... extra 1$ Upon asking they said they don't have large cups on other side staff is using same cup for drinking tap water which ispity shameful just to make profit just spoiling circle K 's name???????? Good clean and well organised location. The best part was the employee who worked there, SHUBHAM. I come to this location often... at different times of the day and Shubham is always there looking so excited and energetic to be there. One time I asked Shubhamif he was excited and happy to be here and he just looked at me blankly and said ?NO, I came from the outside?, this is the typeof enthusiasm and passion I love to see from employees at work. Shubham is a good employee and you can tell he loves his jobhere and helping customers from his blank stares and unenergetic face, this gas station found gold by getting an employee likeShubham. We went there and had an awful experience. SHUBHAM was very rude to me and my wife. He doesn?t knw how to treat customers. We... could clearly figure out that it does not matter to him at all if a customer is upset. He was showing so much of attitude andhad no knowledge. We will never come back and will not recommend this location to our friends either. Read more
They tried to steal money from my gift card telling me they can?t refund me the unused money ( pre paid gas) or put it back on... the card, saying they will keep that money. Other stores had reimbursed the unused amount without any problem. I?m on theprocess for a formal complaint to circle K. Read more
Very bad customer service. I m switching to co op. The cashier even don't know how to talk to customers who give business.... Disappointed. This is Circle K now. Nice location. There's an upstairs with chairs and a TV. They should actually put a channel on the tv... instead of having it off. Suggest they do a better job cleaning the chairs too. Inside isn't too bad. Lots of flavours for theslushes. Read more
