This is amazing!! So glad to see them open for dine in again after the last year of lockdowns. The menu is a bit pared down... currently, but that means that they are focused on keeping things fresh. Everything we had was so good, mostly stuck to skewers(get the chicken knees!). The service was super friendly. Hope to see this place as busy as it should be! Will be back asap. Read more
Update: I got food poisoning. The only redeeming factor for this place is the taste of its food. Sadly, the portion is quite... too small for its price for one to fully enjoy. Now, the place is too dirty that I wanted to throw up after eating there. Thereare literally garbage on the seats and the floor. They did not even clean the left over plates of other customers. There areflies! The washroom is particularly gross as well. It was also one of the worst customer service. The service people acts as ifwe were an inconvenience to them for ordering food and drinks. It was also hard to communicate since only one staff can barelyspeak english and the other seems not to speak english at all. More importantly, they played a chinese movie way too loud thatmy girlfriend and I couldnt communicate properly with each other. Worst date place we?ve had. I don?t recommend it. This restaurant is not only unsavory but also really dirty. The fish is smelly. My friends and I began to throw up after eating... their food. Also the environment is incredibly dirty. Flies are flying around u while eating. Dont eat at this restaurant! Saveur life! Read more
This placed looked dingy and dirty, but I?ve eaten some of the best food in places like this. We had the bbq for 3. The rice was... hard and tasted burnt, veggies tasted like oil with the only flavour of a dirty grill. All the meat tasted the same dirtygrill. I went here cause the star rating. Right now my family is hoping not to get sick by morning. Service..... this was onein the very, very few times I did not leave a tip. We were the only table for most of the time. Pretty good skewers. The tables were not that clean, maybe because we went there almost at the end of day when all the rugs are... dirty too.... Price is around reasonable. Good place to taste some Chinese bbq skewer. Read more
A quiet little restaurant tucked away at the edge of Chinatown, the skewers are quite good and fairly cheap. You have your... standard beef, lamb, chicken, in addition to other organs but if you can read Chinese (or speak fluent Mandarin/Cantonese) youcan also order testicles.
