Yesterday, Dairy Queen employees set an example of the lousiest customer service I have ever received. I have been to the store... to pick up my order. There is no greeting whatsoever might be it?s not a standard for Dairy Queen to greet the customer uponarrival. I felt like the staff was thinking about why I came to the store. I said ?Hello? to the workers three times, but theyshow no response to me and were busy playing with their machines. Then a girl come to the front I said ?Hi? but still no replyand she went back for another ten mins. There are only four customers in the store and all are feeling they are invisible to thestaff. They don?t bother asking if I have to place an order or not. I can see my order packed in front of me but no one is thereto hand it over to me. Finally, after waiting for 15 mins I got my fresh hot food in a cold form. In my opinion, it?s a bigfailure for the store owner/manager part not to teach their staff the importance of customer service. I feel bad for Dairy Queenfor not looking into if the standards are been met by the store or not. Surely, not going back to this store again. Read more

Customer service was terrible after I tried to bring forward my complaint on the lack of fudge in my small hot fudge sundae. The... young lady took my 2 sundaes only to return them with the same amount. Also the chocolate dipped was sloppy as was the mediumice cream cone. We will not be returning. Read more

This location does not support the DQ app, so you can't use deals anymore here. They don't do mobile ordering either, which is... disappointing. I see in previous reviews they keep saying that they "will add it soon" but it has been 3+ months since theysaid that. The staff are incompetent here, and will pressure you to pay even if you try to cancel your order since "it'salready made." Definitely recommend doing an extra 3 minute drive to a different DQ location that actually takes the app andprovides good service. Read more

When I visit a Dairy Queen, I'm expecting their usual great, cheerful service alongside great food. I got the great good (at... least the hot items), but sadly I can't say the same thing for the service and my Blizzard in particular. First and foremost,the person at the front counter was more interested in cleaning than taking my order. Then there was this huffy, almost highand mighty attitude of "ugh, how dare you make me actually have to do my job" to their body language, and it was even worse oncethey brought my food to me. Secondly, while the top quarter of my Blizzard was niiiice and thick, sadly the rest of it wasalready partially melted and rather thin. Even worse was that I ordered the four piece chicken basket (which is currently onspecial pricing) but the gravy that's supposed to come with it wasn't included, and I was only given one dipping sauce. Didn'tget a receipt either, which is always brought to the customer when the food is brought to their table... Sure, the chicken washot, but after this experience I'm not coming back to this location. I could have gotten much better service elsewhere for thesame or slightly less money. Read more

This is a great Dairy Queen. Always very nice and helpful. The place is always clean and the service is always pleasant. Every... year for my wife?s birthday and Valentine?s Day I write something absurd or obnoxious on a cake and they always wilfully do it.They sometimes even take pictures of the cakes to show to friends.
