I am very disappointed with the service I got this evening. As someone who has worked at a Dairy Queen when I was a teenager I... know mistakes happen. But I don?t understand how you can get this mixed up. I went to this DQ drive thru after a long day ofwork just wanting my supper. I ordered chicken strips, poutine, and pretzel sticks. I get home and take out my pretzel stick,dip them in the queso sauce that comes with it. And immediately spit it out. It was mayo!! How do you mix up queso sauce in ahot pot to mayo that you get from a cold bottle. I don?t know if this was intentional, I hope not. None the less it was poorservice. I return back to the dq only for the workers to laugh and smile behind the counter. Not to mention it took longer toget my new food than it was when I first ordered it. I could have given 1 star but I gave 2 because they gave me a refund on thepretzel sticks at least. Dq do better. Read more
OWNER RESPONSE: I and others have given several chances for this location. Not any more. EVER! If customer service is so... important, please consider the dominant theme of reviews for this location. Its pretty clear that the Dairy Queen "Fan RelationsTeam" are just present in efforts to depict customer service, with no real intent to mitigate poor service at all. Otherwiselocations like this would be getting better as opposed to remaining the same or worse with multiple similar poor reviews andresponses from this team. Canned google review responses that do absolutely nothing except attempt to appear caring and resultin no change of the actual problem to begin with. Pretending you care is far worse than caring and missing the mark if thepretending stops there and doesn't also find its way to the actual location or problem. Pretty close, if not IS the worst dairyqueen in the city. Staff is in slow motion, have zero customer service skills or any interest in their job whatsoever. Theysimply don't care at all about customers or their job. Numerous occasions of varying issues at this location, all with zerocustomer service, caring, or any job effort at all. Strongly suggest a different dairy queen, any other one would greatlysurpass this location's service level! Read more

If the staffs allowing us to park infront of their store I dont mind supporting this business. But every time I visited the area... with my toddler staffs is always occupied the front so I ended up buying food from somewhere. :( ???? Read more
Good quality, a bit higher prices for the ice cream cake though compared to other DQ locations.
Great and awesome place. Staffs are friendly and courteous. It's a new place so the place is sparkling clean and the washrooms... are very clean and well maintained ( I hope it is so after some months). The chicken and the flame burger is the BOMB???????????????? Read more
Just went to this DQ drivethrough two days ago got some free coupons, came back two days later to use one coupon and the owned... Arvin just told me it doesn't apply they cant use them. So I left with no food. Terrible service there and it's not the firsttime either. I'd go to the one on ellerslie road instead. Read more
