Update: We were invited back after our first meal and after a month of us needing to reschedule for a couple reasons we finally... had the ability to come back and experience it at its finest. Management was very patient throughout the whole process. Happy tosay they had the Chorizo Hash! Of course we ordered it as we missed out on my first visit and ordered a mimosa. The Chorizo Hashwas excellent! The two eggs were cooked perfectly sliding my fork in and watching the yoke spill over the food is what I livefor!. The caramelized Chorizo and the ancho chili had just the right amount of heat with the feta complementing the dish well.To finish we had the Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding let me tell you words will not do it justice you gotta go in and experienceit yourself. Staff this visit were really great noticed our drinks getting low and were on top of it in no time as the morningprogresed and they got busier they were still on top of not only our drinks but also the other tables as well as looking afterthe 9 top they had come in. Thank you guys so much we will be back! Original. Came here for mother's Day wasn't too busy whenwe arrived (11:30) and they were all ready out of the chorizo bowls. So I had the bacon cheddar burger and it just tasted like ageneric burger. Gf had the poke bowl she thought it was good. We got our bill and the brunch discount wasn't on 2 of our billsso had to wait for that to be updated. First time here I wasn't impressed, doubt I'll be back. Read more

Loved eating at Earl's when i lived in Ontario. Order the 9oz with lobster tail. I asked for med rare steak. It came back... medium to medium well. My waitress, Jenna, took care of it and switched it out with med rare that I asked. Very professional.Food and service was great. Will come back. Read more

Earls is an amazing restaurant to catch up and hang out with friends, however you should expect ending up with quite a higher... than usual bill. I do believe that coming here is worth it, especially since you are served with high class food. We werewaitlisted for 25 minutes when we came here since they were packed, but when we were seated by the host, I was very delightedwith her friendliness as she chatted with us for a little bit. My friend and I each had steak and we shared the chipotlecalamari together. I must say that we enjoyed it very much and finished every last bit of it. Our server, Connor was alsolovely. Absolutely phenomenal food in an unexpected location. If you told me I could get a 3-4 star restaurants level food in a mall,... I'd leave you on read. And then I'd go, and send you an apology letter. The Margherita pizza was perfectly done top and bottom,well balanced, if a little overpriced for the size but the taste was up there. The cajun chicken was juicy and a beautifullyspicy crust, the rack of ribs was solid but falling off the bone when you put even a little effort in, smoky and the sauce wasdelicious. The warm potato salad with corn and bacon????I cannot eat another mediocre potato salad in my life because of it. Thetruffle fries were nicely crispy, and the garlic aioli was a GARLIC aioli. Service matched the food, excellent on all counts.The NY style cheesecake with a strawberry coulis, exactly what you want in a cheesecake with coulis. I like going to Earl’s for their Happy Hour treats! I ordered 2 drinks and their Better Burger, and I just paid around $20!... Best place to relax and cool down after a long stroll around WEM. The only downside we had was that the service were very slow.But it’s not the waitress fault. I was watching her do her customer service and she was all over the place! I think she washelping the whole main floor of the restaurant. She obviously needs help and additional staff would be nice. We’d like to getmore drinks but we couldn’t get the waitress’ attention as she was busy with other tables. Also, my wife left her wallet onthe booth for almost 1 hour. We went back to ask if they saw a wallet on where we sat and thankfully the waitress kept it safeuntil we return again. We love Earls! And this location is absolutely beautiful for an indoor space like a mall. We were greeted warmly and had a nice... table in a few minutes. While the service was great and very friendly, the kitchen was quite slow and unusually backed up. Wefinally got the food after 40mins and my rice was very uncooked. We were too hungry to send the food back. Also we found thefood too salty and we dine at Earls almost weekly so this was in comparison to all other locations. I appreciate a low sodiumand well balanced food in general. We were also heading to Galaxy land right after and couldn’t understand why theywouldn’t give us our coffees to go. This was post pandemic and no reason for refusing our request ???? All in all Earls is agreat chain and this location in WestEdmonton mall has beautiful ambiance, great service and average food and sub-par drinks. Read more
