The older entitled Asian lady that works here needs to find a different line of work! There?s was a delivery drivers waiting... for her food and this woman just stood and stared at her with a blank look on her face. The order was right in front of her so Iseen the driver check to make sure it was her order and took it then the edo japan worker started yelling at her. When thedriver went to explain and show her the number this Asian lady started talking over her saying how she had to ask permission totake the order. VERY unprofessional on the worker. I had the teriyaki beef comb, the beef quality were very bad, maybe I will consider ordering beef at Edo again!

I arrived @ 8:50 to get some well deserved dinner and they refused to serve me. Change your store hours then. 9pm close time... means you take customers until 9pm. Period. Read more

Says it closes at 9, show up 15 mins before 9 and the doors are locked and theres people behind the till staring through the... window. I suggest if your closing time is 9pm then the doors should be open until then. What is the point in a store closingtime if your employees decide what time to close on their own accord!! I stopped by here because everything was closed in the area and I was surprised by the experience (and hence the review for an... Edo). I was a bit impressed by the service and atmosphere as everything seemed very modern reminds me of a sit-down restaurant.In terms of food, I got the usual Teriyaki Chicken (no surprises here). Quick service. Fresh and hot. They weren?t busy at all on a Friday night at 545pm. I asked for more veggies and less rice and... they were able to do that for me. They delivered our trays right to our table for us. I didn?t find it very flavourful butmaybe that?s because 2 scoops of sauce isn?t enough (they asked how many scoops I wanted). Tables were clean.
