First time visiting Edo and this location. Both were amazing .. from the food (which was delicious and prepared very quickly) to... the staff who were fantastic. With all my reviews, it's the people who make or break the customer service experience. The Edostaff definitely made it a stellar experience and I look forward to many return visits! Was NOT happy with this take out...I specifically asked for two scoops of sauce of each meal....got NOTHING!! I was the first... order of the day...how cod this have happened?? Certainly wasn't busy at 10am!! I called to talk with the staff...took 4 triesto get an answer...then the lady I insisted she put sauce on botheals...over $32.00...when the rice is dry and NO sauce onit...what does that tell you??.... The portions are small even though we paid extra to upsize, my ramen noodles were soggy, there were burnt black bits on the... shrimp, bubble tea was watery and tasteless, the rice in the sushi was dry. Terrible experience! Never coming back. Read more

This is the worst japanese food we tried. We couldn't finish the food, too salty. Teriyaki chicken taste is horrible, same goes... with the stir fry noodle. Beef ramen is acceptable. Overall, taste is really not good. Milk tea's are terrible, tapioca is halfcooked. Won't even try coming back to this place. Not recommended at all. Read more
