I went to get two teriyaki chicken with extra sauce. When I got home and looked at the meals, there was no sauce on either of... them and I counted the chicken and I had 3 pieces and my husband had 4 but there was lots of vegetables and they crispy. I didnot want to drive back, on the icy roads, to get it corrected. Next time, I will asked to see the meals before I leave therestaurant. This is the first time it happened and hope it will be the last one. Very disappointed ?? Read more

I was greeted with being asked if I was a skip the dishes driver !! Ordered a bento box and got 3 broccoli for the vegetables .... Condiment packs on top of my food when brought to my table . Will not eat at this Edo again . Read more

Usually the food is good, but the service here is atrocious. I came in the evening of Oct 22, the girl at the counter was... incredibly rude. I know I walked in at 9:50pm near closing time, maybe they had a long day I don't know. Google says they'reopen till 10:20pm, if that's not correct than change it! I won't be coming back. Also I got diarrhea after eating here. Notimpressed! Now I'll have to take time off work for a covid test therefore loosing money. Thanks Edo ???????????? Read more

Just left there after a rushed visit. Wanted to order a bento box including the sushi but apparently they weren?t able to make... it. (We came in about 9:50pm and the hours are said to close at 10:20pm). Boyfriend wanted a fountain drink, wasn?t able to getthat as the nozzles were already soaking and machine was unavailable. Asked for a passionfruit tea without lychee and insteadboba, said they could add boba on top of lychee otherwise I should get the brown sugar boba. I declined and we proceeded to pay?I asked after if they were the ones to physically put the boba/ lychee themselves in, and if it was possible to only put theboba in the drink I requested.. she then replied that when it?s closing time they throw it out? So I would?ve received eitherdrink without boba was my understanding after that.. but per the hours posted it was still about 25 min to close? why would arestaurant not wait until the final customers/ rush come in, assuming they?re stil going to order certain items. And then throwthings away once you are actually closed? Or update the hours on google so people aren?t coming in and being rushed/ denieditems. Read more

Store was clean, menu was organized and easy to read. Staff was courteous and patient. Food was pretty good for price. Service... was quick. Order a few items for take out, 5-10 minutes. Good experience Read more

Excellent food although the staff always seem tired like they didn't want to be there. Maybe I've always caught them on a bad... day whenever I've been here? Who knows. Still the food was great. Read more

First time giving this location a try and perfect experience. Great service, hello when I walked in the door, food was fast, hot... and delicious. Checked on me and there is nothing else could could have done to make it better. Thumbs up. ???????????????????? Read more
