The wait time was close to an hour for our food. But our waitress kept coming up and making sure we were comfortable and gave us... refills. Very sweet young woman. As soon as the owners came in she got nervous and told us she?s worried she might be fired. Igave her a very good tip as I saw she has children. The manager was ignorant, food was cold. I hope this place gets shut downlike the others. The older waitresses were so rushy and I did not feel comfortable there. Read more
There?s a reason why Tony Roma?s restaurants are depleting. I went here for a special occasion with my close friends expecting a... quality dinner. Our waitress purposely perused around the tiny restaurant sorta ignoring us. It took over 20mins for them totake our order. And when I asked specific questions about the menu they had no idea what I was talking about made me look likeI?m silly. The cutlery and glasses are disgusting, like 30 years old. Nobody does ribs like Tony Romas. Absolutely fall off the bone delicious!
We came for the bountiful beef ribs and we were not disappointed. Delicious, juicy and satisfying! My wife, my daughter and... myself really enjoys ourselves and the ambiance was pleasant. And the staff were incredible. My daughter is vision impaired andthey brought her a popper (toy), and we're incredibly sweet to her. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back soon! Read more
Food was good- I asked for crispy fries and they were good. Ribs were with original sauce. Mashed potatoes were so creamy. My... server Tammy was fast, efficient, my glass of water was always full! and she was busy!! There was another server complaining tothe cook or manager about something. It was loud and I could hear and see from my seat. I commented to my server Tammy and shejust said to ignore it. It would be better if you are going to argue to take it into the kitchen or away from guests eatingtheir meals. Food was fine, price was okay. We had a wonderful waitress who tended to our every need while we were studying and working at... the table. She definitely made the experience, unfortunately I forgot her name. Read more
EDIT: The manager who we spoke to went above and beyond to make things right for us, some of the most over the top customer... service we've ever experienced. We will be back to try them again in a dine in setting. They must be famous for ribs, becauseit?s not for anything else. See pictures, the fish smelled the way it looked and the onion loaf was as crispy as it looked.Shame on you. Read more
We were there for a special occasion and I ordered the rib sampler plate. When it came the beef rib was burned to... death.. Charcoal!!! When asked how the first bite was I told him to return the burnt offerings as I'm not a god. Being a chef, Inever would have let that dish even in the kitchen, never mind out for service! The server did nothing but disappear for theduration of our stay. I will never go back!!???? Read more
