My coworker took me here for lunch today (she's a regular here) and it was a lovely little establishment (café vibes). They've... got sandwiches, soups, and dessert. I got the crushed chickpea sandwich (one of 2 vegetarian options). It was good. Theingredients were good quality and fresh. For soup, I got the quinoa veggie soup. It was okay. My friend got the coconut chickensoup and she said it was delicious. I also got a slice of the apple crisp pie and it was good. Although, it would probably bebetter warmed up, but they did not offer. The food was good. It's like an upscale subway. They lack condiments and spice. Allthe food was more on the bland side. I would recommend bringing your own sriracha or something. Also, they're super busy duringlunch hours. Simply asking for a napkin after you've paid seems like you're causing them an inconvenience by interrupting. Read more

Absolutely amazing lunch. The sandwich I had was excellent. Mayo, mustard(your pick of flavour), three meats and my choice of... toppings that puts subway to shame? At half the price? Yes please. Also the chili was great albeit mild in heat, which makessense when you serve the general public. The flavour was great. Clean place with very friendly staff. Also glad to see theteamwork behind the counter, it was crazy fast. I recommend them to anyone looking for a soup and sandwich. Out of this world Read more

The food here is good. However, the customer service today was very poor. An older lady that was working there approached us and... told me that my baby was disturbing the other customers because she was yelling too much... My baby is 10 months old and didn'tcry at all while we were there, just yelled from time to time, as she is a baby. No customers seemed to mind and many were quitehappy to chat with her. I'm not sure why this lady was so grumpy but after that experience we will not be returning here. Read more

Always busy at lunch but the staff are friendly and make good recommendations! Peach pie and pecan pie are the best in the city... ! Also the sunflower seed bread is amazing, and the mushroom soup if they have it on rotation ! Read more

Always fresh and delicious. Prices add up quick if you want to get a soup or salad, and pie with a drink, but the quality is... delicious. Friendly staff. Worth the treat now and then. Read more

Super soft bread with lots of options for sandwiches. We had the bean soup, which was very tasty and filling. To finish we... shared a piece of lemon meringue pie. Tarty and sweet - the best combo! Definitely will be back . Read more

Great expansion of the lovable Fiefendekel franchise! Very spacious seating area with a modern appearance, and of course, tons... of the well known sandwiches and pies available. My only complaint would be the hours: this is basically exclusively a lunchcrowd spot, and if you don't work in the area where you can take your lunch break, it can be very difficult to find time to getto. I can kind of understand why it'd be this way for the smaller spots, like the 51st Ave location, but for a big, new locationlike 34 Ave? Definitely feels like it should be available at least until like 6 pm or something. Read more
